The parameters of experimental gear are as follows: gear material is 20CrMnTi carburizing steel; the modulus 5mm; the number of teeth 30, the reference diameter 150mm; the root diameter 137.5mm, the tip diameter 160mm. the physical map of gear is shown in Figure 1 (a) The instrument is stress concentrated magnetic detector TSC-1M-4 produced by the Russian power diagnostics company.

The assumptions used to explore such issues are [6,9]: 1, regardless of material and personnel constraints; 2, regardless of machine failure; 3, each order must go through certain procedures in turn which is designated by process card and can not be changed halfway; 4, once the working procedure is in the processing state, it must be completed and can not be half-way canceled; 5, at any time, each piece of equipment can only process one procedure in an order; 6, machine preparation time has nothing to do with the processing sequence, it can be taken as part of the processing time.
