After modeling, assigning material, adding loads and applying restraints, we can use the automatic mesh generation function to generate mesh in the stage of preprocessing.
l Assign material to the part.
The material of the part is cast carbon steel, the properties of which are as follows: the value of elastic modulus is 2 x 105MPa,Poisson's ratio is 0.32, yield strength is 270MPa, tensile strength is 500MP, and mass density is 7.8×106㎏/mm.
The basic measures of modifying the original part are as follows: l To ensure a better machine processing performance, we still kept using the same material of original part.

A 500 nm thick layer of N-doped poly silicon has been used as a gate contact material.
For this reason it is proposed, that not only interface states influence the electrical characteristics of the channel, but also defects in the bulk SiC material, that act as charge carrier traps and extend the depletion layer.

A large amount of hard and strong cementite phase provides the material with high abrasive and hydro-abrasive resistance, high hardness, and medium strength.
Methodology and Materials Base alloys (Table 1) were prepared by the fusion of ARMCO-iron and electrode graphite in a high frequency induction furnace MVP-3M.
Naturally, the search for its genesis is an actual task for the materials science of eutectic alloys.

Quantum dots (0D), also known as nanocrystals, are a special class of materials known as semiconductors, which are crystals composed of periodic groups of II-VI, III-V, or IV-VI materials.
At these small sizes materials behave differently, giving quantum dots/nanoparticles unprecedented tunability and enabling never before seen applications to science and technology.
Template materials must meet certain requirements [5].

As long as the accuracy requirement is not high, in order to save the cost and simplify the design structure, designers can also use the luminescent materials.

The differentiation between data and information is highlighted in [12], where data is presented as “the raw material from which information is developed”.
It consumes information and/or material supplied by upstream processes and transforms them to fulfill the need of downstream processes.
