Lal R. pointed out that the use of biomass energy has material effect on ecological environment questions such as soil erosion, soil fertility change and water pollution [2].In view of the fact that our country environment quality is not high, but the existing energy production use is the primary cause of the environmental deterioration, the environmental protection should take the important attribute of policy-making energy strategy [3].
The advanced biomass material technology is important for the development of the biomass energy, the energy forest cultivation, the biomass physical resources transformation and the craft and so on need the vanguard technology and human resources in high level.

The developmental trends of the assessment on substructure are, 1) the uncertainty evaluation methods, such as uncertain analytical hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory, will be the core of new assessing systems; 2) researching on the method, equipment and instruments of testing and inspection that can be scientifically and efficiently inspect the underwater or underground indices, and establishing uniform evaluation indices and assessment criteria based on engineering data, engineering experiences and experts’ knowledge; 3) establishing aging models of materials on the basis of influence factors and defect mechanisms are deeply studied; 4) instituting bridge assessment code with uniform evaluating indices, flexible evaluating frame and solid foundation of theoretic, to instruct the technical assessment on structure of the existing mid-small span bridge.

Records related to detect honey adulteration with HPAEC-PAD are quite scarce[12-13] and domestic journals mainly focused on studying monosaccharides and trisaccharides relationships[14-16].This paper made a preliminary study on HFCS by using HPAEC-PAD, not gradient elution but isocratic elution can also got good results, lower LOD down to 1% and steady data.
Materials and methods Samples Genuine honeys: acacia honey, linden honey, date honey, citrus honey; high purity of HFCS.

Experimental Procedure.Food waste from a university cafeteria was pretreated by blending it five times in a food waste disposer and sieved with a 0.5mm mesh in order to facilitate efficient gasification. 38.75g of food waste and the respective amounts (1 – 4g) of alkali catalysts (NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2, Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and K2CO3) were placed in the reactor.

On the other hand, piezoelectric element (PZT) has been used in many engineering and science fields due to its ability of high resolution, fast response, compact size and broad frequency range.
It should be noted that maximum overshoot of 0.25 μm generated when the input voltage was applied, which may not only due to the friction surface or the materials of the system but also due to the mechanical vibration of the system.
