Nano-scale materials may be defined as having at least one dimension measuring less than 100 nm [1, 2].
In recent years, researchers have enormously been devoted to fabricating monodispersed and controlled shape ZnPNPs and have been investigated their potential applications in the field of materials science, medicinal and biological chemistry.

The present paper, summarizing studies carried out within last years at the Research Center of Mechanics of Materials and Structural Reliability-CEMSIG ([5-8]), from the Department of Steel Structures and Structural Mechanics, is intended to provide some new evidence on the previous FEMA 277 conclusions.
The material in members and connections is S355 structural steel.
For the full-scale AEM models, same properties were adopted (meshing, material properties, acceptance criteria).

Introduction: The Road of Biomimetics
The ideals of biomimicry are considered as some of the most prosperous ones among materials scientists of the modern day, who increasingly follow the biomimetic approach to design and fabrication of advanced materials [1-6].
Besides, as the number of atomic elements available to humans in the design of advanced materials and structures far exceeds that employed by the living organisms, it is natural to expect that not merely imitating and copying, but being inspired by, learning from and going beyond the natural design is the way forward for materials science and engineering of the future [153].
The question is why considering novel artificially produced materials as products of, literally, non-natural design.
The proteomic eye to follow the protein-related aspects of the process, and the materials science eye to follow the crystal formation facets.

First, for the rock pile which is controlled by fracture zone, such rock pile is located in the bottom of the fracture zone, its provenance is broken loose rock, so the provenance area range is large, elevation is high, source material is rich, the profile shape of a single rock pile is mostly single-sided slope type, such a rock pile is flocks distributed along the route, the potential hazards for the road is serious;
Second, as the joint of the high elevation rock is developed, rock collapse after weathering from high elevation to low elevation, and accumulate at the foot of the gentler parts of slope. the range of the source area is small, the elevation of rock pile along the direction of the slope of rock is high, rock pile longitudinal profile morphology is showing as the upper thin, the thickness of the mid-lower part is large, is the style of "up steep and down slow", the upper surface slope is 40°~50°, the lower surface slope is approximately 20°to 35°, although the topography

Furthermore, the procedure becomes more complex by considering concrete,
since for this material damage appears as widespread cracking, which is more difficult to localize.
