The optimized annealing conditions (950°C for 15 min) give the following results: εr = 780 and tgδ = 0.01 at 100 kHz, Pr = 13 µC/cm², Ec = 63 kV/cm and a tunability of 55%.
1 Introduction
Piezoelectric actuators, infrared sensors, FeRAM usually contain lead based materials [1-2].
Among these materials, PbZrTiO3 (PZT) is the most used thanks to its superior piezoelectric performances.
Accordingly, it is now necessary to implement materials without prohibited substances.

In the 1986 soil improvement regulations of Japan, the charcoal was regarded as an outstanding material in terms of soil improvement material [29].
Materials In this study, peat and Mikania micrantha charcoal (MMC) was used as a substrate.
It is implied that MMC is a porous material with an adsorbable ability.

Abstract.
Nano-sized materials, have much bigger surface-bulk ratio than coarse materials.
Thus, surface properties become paramount, which makes these materials particularly appealing in applications in which such properties are exploited, as in gas sensors.
The bulk conduction based sensors involve gas-solid reactions in series with a change in the stoichiometry of the bulk sensor material.

Growing Diversity: Human ‘Material’ and Technical Means Aspiration to increase the variety, or simply ‘expansion’, i.e., tendency (A), in the case of socio-cultural systems, can refer to two their aspects. 4) GROWTH OF THE DIVERSITY OF THE ‘HUMAN MATERIAL’ constituting the main property of the system.
This general evolutionary regularity is valid for the human beings, so in socio-cultural systems the diversity of their ‘material’ is determined mainly by men’s parameters.
