Considering machining efficiency and
accuracy, machining gap should be the corresponding gap value when the machining speed reaches its
maximum.
1 Introduction
Electrochemical machining (ECM) is a kind of material removing machining process, which is based
on the principle of electrochemical dissolution of anodic metal in electrolyte.
The typical experimental conditions are as follows: workpiece material is 0Cr18Ni9, concentration of 3NaNO solution is 40g/L, and machining voltage is 5V, so =3.67e-5 3 cm /(A s) , =0.037 -1 (Ω cm) , RU ≈5V, and =0.4[9].

Abstract.
When people search for information materials, they always hope to find out abundant and accurate information, that is, they hope that the result information can satisfy the following two demands: One is that the result information can include all the relative content concerning the query theme.

Material Properties
The chosen sand was kept dry and using the sieve analysis, following grain size parameters were obtained: (i) D10 = 0.24 mm, (ii) D30 = 0.42 mm, (iii) D60 = 0.7 mm, (iv) uniformity coefficient,
Cu = 3.04, and (v) coefficient of curvature, Cc = 1.096 where D10, D30 and D60 are the sizes corresponding to which 10, 30 and 60% material by mass are respectively smaller than that size.
