3 Results and Analysis
3.1 Construction of the Assessment Index System and Weight Determination
With overall consideration of the reality of the research area and availability of the data material, this article constructs the assessment index system of the space-time configuration of land reclamation project along the expressway.

Introduction
Wide application of nanomaterials in various business areas results in higher production volumes of such materials and massive transfer of nanomaterials into water bodies that are final receivers of biota-polluting substances.
Algae growth inhibition and reduction by 50 % (EC50) were shown after 72 hours in contact with NPs CeO2 (10.3±1.7 mg/l) and micron size materials (66±22 mg/l).
