Material Data Integration Model based on Context-Aware within Manufacturing Enterprises Dongjuan Xue, Ying Pan School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Dalian Ocean University, Liaoning, China xuedongjuan@163.com, panying@dlou.edu.cn Keywords: Materials data integration, Context-aware , Multi-level context Abstract.
In this paper, a context-aware materials data integration meta model is presented which is incorporating an advanced materials demand mapping and decomposition mechanism to support fine-grained materials data in the right time for the provision of materials services, based on the analysis of the application context involving the key points and relationships in their manufacturing processes.
Introduction Materials management is important during the process of production management in the enterprises[1].
Context data are defined as any raw materials data values of the relevant entities, which affect the data integrating.
Actually, this is the mechanism for obtaining first-order context information from raw materials data.

Engineering ceramics have been widely used in recent years because of its excellent performances.
As structural materials, the ceramics are inorganic and non-metallic materials which have been developed most quickly at present and they have been popular used in many fields.
In the experiment, the hot pressed Al2O3 engineering ceramics are adopted.

Sub-ground erosion often resulted in severe problems in various engineering constructions, most of which is due to the sub-erosion in loess.
The key factors considered in the test include soil density as well as the initial water content.
In many cases, the lower side erosion acts as a key reason for the gravity erosion.

Assembly process application of Lean Quality Management Moli Sun1,a Xiaochun Zhang2,b 1Department of Mechanical Engineering, Xi’an Aero technical College Xi’an China 710077 2Xi’an University of Technology Xi’an China 710048 amoly.sun@163.com b7787387@qq.com Key words: Assembly process; Quality Management; Resume; Quality defects; Key parts Abstract: The product assembly as the final manufacturing process is one of the most important part, its quality has a major impact on product quality.
Research on quality management, analysis all aspects of quality control around the assembly process, store electronic resume of assembly process, analysis quality defect, forecast and optimize the matching of key parts, which significantly improve the quality of the assembly process of the enterprise performance and business performance.
Optimization of key indicators of quality In the assembly manufacturing processes, the quality problem of the error between the parts can not reach the design requirements, the analysis found that the root of the problem is the assembly manufacturing sector (such as machining, etc.), arising in the course of various quality problems (such as ultra-poor), but taking into account economic factors and processing level, the manufacturing sector need to be resolved in the assembly.
The key steps in implementation include: ① The size of critical components and their identification, measurement, recording ②With the size of the model to calculate the key, and then construct a model of critical parts. ③ According to the model with the critical parts, with the experimental data of key parts, multi-objective optimization using genetic algorithm based on the priorities with algorithms to calculate the required materials, when the secondary units were the key components with the list [4].

It fills the blank in the field of China’s highway construction management philosophy and monitoring means, which is a great significance of the large, complex highway engineering practice.
However, it is still a blank for the internal quality control for the project or key part of the overall process, such as raw material transportation, mixture mixing production, construction mixture ratio, material transfer vehicle passing in and out mixing stations for identification and weighing, road paving, RCC and other data collection, the mathematical statistics and analysis in order to achieve modernization information technology and engineering construction control technology; especially the concept of domestic construction specifications and project management.
The data of the pavement engineering management are complex.
Through the integration of the video monitoring technology used in mixing stations or key project construction sites and the automated real-time production data monitoring technology, and full use of video analysis technology, license plate recognition technology, GPS vehicle positioning technology, GPRS wireless transmission technology, SPC (Statistical Process Control, referred to as SPC) and other important means of secondary data mining and statistical analysis, it forms a complete dynamic system of monitoring engineering quality and safety, makes a breakthrough in the traditional engineering quality and safety supervision system, improves the efficiency of construction management and effectively controls the safety and quality.
The system collects and uploads the real-time data of the raw materials for the production in the asphalt mixing stations, production indicators, the temperature indicators of the road construction by the technology of GPRS wireless transmission.

Fatigue failure analysis on key components of bladder accumulators was conducted.
By simulation using the finite element method, it was detected that the peak stress of the key components applied on the contact surfaces.
Which illuminated the flash burn increased the brittle of the local material and induced the crack initiation.
Calculated according to the linear elastic, the Young's elastic modulus of the material is 2e+5MPa, the Poisson's ratio is 0.3.
