Abstract: The unprecedented technological development of the last decades has spanned a number of top industrial areas and industries, characterized by the use of highly technological and complex technological equipment in the context of the pursuit of demanding technological processes. The different exploitation of the involved lines and technological installations, assuming their quasi-continuous operation, by significantly reducing the weight of stops caused by various failures / failures, in the circumstances of adequately protecting the health of staff and the population, as well as in the context of environmental conservation, requires ensuring and maintaining high levels of reliability and technical security. Industrial practice has shown that no matter how much they invest to achieve and maintain a high level of the reliability of a technological system, an ideal reliability cannot be ensured, a system that does not degrade in time. The reliability of a technological system is determined by all the factors involved in its implementation - the design, realization and exploitation of the system. The concepts of technical and technical risk are indissolubly linked to the notion of major damage. This is one of the possible consequences of a technical accident and essentially involves both the cessation of the system's ability to properly perform its functions and the alteration or disappearance of its physical integrity in the context of particularly serious consequences on the state of technological equipment related, health and / or life of the staff employed and possibly the population, the quality of the environment or the equilibrium of the ecosystem. This paper considers the analysis of the risks associated with the activity of the catalytic cracking plant at the Lukoil Ploies˧ti refinery and presents the actions applied to the equipment and the measures that are applied to prevent the occurrence of any hazards and accidents on the plant. The purpose of these measures applied to catalytic cracking equipment is to protect employees and the population. Catalytic cracking is one of the basic processes in the Petrotel Lukoil refinery, which ensures the conversion of high-octane petroleum fractions into high octane gas and high olefin gas needed for the petrochemical industry, and will probably represent the catalytic process with the greatest share in processing for long time oil.

Abstract: A mathematical model, statistically based on the theory of regression and correlation, could provide a viable solution to satisfy the need to predict the time required for the ship maintenance works in dock and / or berth in the shiprepairs shipyards, as part of the ships maintenance program required by the classification societies.

Abstract: Since the quality management systems have undergone a significant change by taking into account the concept of risk, for the shipyards, becomes necessary, an approach aimed at improving organizational performance by implementing a actions plan based on the risks which may adversely affect the achievement of the objectives identification and assessment. The purpose of the paper is to propose a series of measures for improving the shiprepairs shipyards organizational performance, based on identifying and assessing the risks. The contents of the paper address the following aspects: summarizes the main changes made by the quality management systems; presents some developments in view of the identification and results of the risk assessment, identifying key performance indicators specific to the ships maintenance works in shiprepairs shipyards, the use of the performance indicators related to the management systems processes (quality, environment, security and occupational health). Concluding, the authors bring some proposals on improving the quality of institutional relations of the shiprepair shipyards.

Abstract: Of the utmost importance is finding the social networks that best fit to an industry, a company, its products / services, and last but not least, with the target audience. Each social network has different characteristics and, in addition, a different philosophy. The authors aim to carry out a bibliographic research in this paper to highlight the extent to which social networks are used. As a result, a top of social networks will be built to help raise awareness, promote products, and consolidate a strong customer-company relationship. The authors will also realize a statistical analysis of online social media networks to determine their key indicators, traffic on each platform, time spent by a user on that platform, and other key indicators, through an online tool. The results of this paper consist in presenting two classifications: the first from the perspective of the companies and the second from the perspective of social network users.

Abstract: Dairy products are of great socio-economic importance in Romania today. These products have both nutritional and economic importance. The market is the economic category of commodity production in which it expresses the totality of the sale-purchase acts viewed in an organic unit with the relations it generates and in connection with the space in which it takes place. The market originated a long time ago, being related to the moment when, in order to satisfy their existential needs, "discovered" and increasingly "conscious", the people exchanged between them, respectively collectivities, the surpluses held by each individual - individually or collectively. The exchange, set up as a means of realizing its own interests, has seen various forms and has evolved continuously, being still the foundation of all the economies of the world. The market has grown based on the amplification and diversification of human needs. The satisfaction of these needs is given by the close link between producers and consumers.

Abstract: It is recognized that Change Management is a necessity in the current environment characterized by competitiveness and the desire for continuous innovation [3]. In order to answer these questions, the work begins with a secondary research of the different types of organizational change: change as development, change as transition, change as transformation, and then, by analyzing their particular characteristics, the risks associated with the process of change are identified the possible causes of possible implementation difficulties. Research results show that changing as a transition rarely involves adapting processes, existing tools, but rather replacing them with completely new ones (mergers, assignments, IT & C revolutions, etc.). One of the conclusions of this paper is that the success of a changing company depends not only on the way in which it is carried out, but also on the way it is maintained at the operational level during the change, so a complex management structure is needed. ensure the functionality of the company and supervise the change process.

Abstract: Human resources are the only ones capable of producing and reproducing all the other resources available to an organization. People are the active resources of the organization because their potential contributes to increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The authors make a bibliographic research on human resource management and the new methods used in it. Following the results obtained, a conceptual model for efficient human resource management is proposed, developing both an architecture and a graphical application interface. The application is used internally and emphasizes the tasks of each employee and his / her personality on motivation and opinion.
