Abstract: An omnidirectional wheelchair based on Mecanum wheel was introduced. Firstly, the motion principles of the Mecanum wheel were illustrated, and then VRML was made use of to make the omnidirectional wheelchair real-time customization and motion simulation come ture, in which the parts' color can be changed and so the components replaced via the customization panel, and also many motion forms such as walking straightly, crossly, bias or originally can be realized via the simulation panell. In this way, clients can not only take part in the design for the wheelchair, getting a satisfied wheelchair but also get a deeper and more vivid cognition about the special motion functions of the wheelchair.

Abstract: In this paper, some improvement measures are proposed to improve the performance of B2152 double housing planer. The control system is thoroughly transformed. PLC replaces original relay control, all-digital DC speed regulator controls motor of the work table. The control performance is significantly improved, the new control system has the merits of the even velocity,the high machining precision,the wide range,the low noise and saving energy. Milling functions is added and processing range is broadened and efficiency is increased.

Abstract: Most of the pre-existing modeling approaches for Automatic machining line (AML) concentrate on the equipment failure, but ignore some factors greatly influencing the performance of AML in production process, like the tool life, quality abnormality etc. Considering the above complex factors, a GSPN-based modeling approach is proposed to model the AML based on the fundamental principle of generalized stochastic petri nets (GSPN), which contributes to quantitatively analyze the relations between those factors and productivity of AML. The proposed modeling approach is applied in the automatic gear hobbing and shaving line in a gearbox factory. Some factors including equipment failure, cutting tool and quality abnormality are simulated to analyze the affections on the productivity, and the results show the validity of the approach.

Abstract: As an increasing number of manufacturers realize the importance of adopting new maintenance technologies to enable systems to achieve near-zero downtime, machinery prognostics which enables this paradigm shift from traditional fail-and-fix maintenance to a predict-and-prevent paradigm has arose interests from researchers. Machine's condition and degradation estimated by machinery prognostics approach can be used to support predictive maintenance policy. This paper develops a novel data-driven machine prognostics approach to assess machine's health condition and predict machine degradation. With this prognostics information, a predictive maintenance model is constructed to decide machine's maintenance threshold and predictive maintenance cycles number. Through a case study, this predictive maintenance model is verified, and the computational results show that this proposed model is efficient and practical.

Abstract: LoadRunner is a powerful tool for performance testing, facing the widely use of Financial Fusion's Message Oriented Middleware----Message Broker in a stated-owned bank, with the use the system hardware and software environment of the bank, build the performance testing program to test Message Broker. Using LoadRunner to achieve the Base Testing, Absolute Concurrent Testing and Stability Testing, From these testing, it has been achieved the testing results of performance testing of the messaging middleware software Message Broker, this can provide a theoretical basisfor the application of Message Broker in processing messaging in banks, it also provide theory with the stability of banking systems.

Abstract: With CAXA software I designed the structure of the handling manipulator in the FMS. And focus for the design of the structure, introduced the hardware implementation of robot manipulator with the same characteristics of stepping away from its open-loop position control. The manipulator is mainly used for flexible manufacturing systems in material handling, flexible movement, safe, reliable, easy to adjust and control, simple operation, easy to implement process automation.

Abstract: The monitoring of power quality is the foundation and prerequisite of its improvement. There are a lot of disadvantages in the conventional method of power quality monitoring, the adoption of the virtual instrument and network technology can overcome these disadvantages very well. Remote power quality monitoring system based on LabVIEW was put forward, as well as the way of the combination of software and hardware and the realization procedure is illustrated in detail in this paper. Then the merits of this way are mentioned, and the additional functions that can be further developed. This paper provides a more convenient way for the realization of remote power quality monitoring

Abstract: The development situation and the use of Internet of Things is presented, also the use of Internet of Things in the coal industry is introduced. Then a system on status managements of the equipment under the coal mine has been designed in Visual Studio 2008.Mine communications link is designed by utilizing the combination of the transmission on mine wired network and Wi-Fi wireless network technology. Effectively monitoring the variety of devices in the control center on the ground and timely exchanging the information of the equipments' working and status information with the remote customer and manufacturers have a certain meaning to ensure the safety of the coal mine.
