Based on depth interview, aided by the nvivo8 software, the paper uses grounded theory to set up the evaluation index system of middle-level managers’ organizational identification in construction trades. The weight of each index is assigned by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of middle-level manager’s organizational identification in construction trades is constructed.
