Abstract: Greenroofs are increasingly popular throughout the world. Radiative properties of greenroofs are important for the analysis and enhancement of their thermal performance. The radiative properties of a typical Sedum lineare greenroof were studied in this paper. Experimental results revealed that the solar radiation absorptivity, longwave radiation absorptivity and emissivity of this Sedum lineare greenroof were 0.84, 1.0 and 1.0 respectively.

Abstract: This paper gives new ideas for an industrialized mode of housing decoration industry, focuses on its disordered, out-dated and unprofessional current situation. With the client involved menu-style design, industrialized production and integrated supply chain management, the decoration mode has achieved shortened decoration period, lowered cost, reliable quality, beautiful scene, and most importantly, client satisfaction.

Abstract: Taking a practical five-story frame-structure with opening floor as background, the finite element analysis software ETABS is used to perform analysis of the first-floor isolation. Time-history analysis for the structures showed that, vibration reduction effect of the superstructure is obvious under 7 degree earthquakes. The substructure (isolated columns) is still in elastic deformation stage under 7 degree rare earthquakes, which proves that isolation technology on the top of columns can improve the seismic behavior of the first-floor weak frame-structure. Meanwhile, mechanical analyses and seismic design of the isolated columns are performed. The results indicated that rational design ensures the structure’s seismic safety.

Abstract: Current project organization is mostly non-professional and low maturity, which lack of mature and visual methods and tools. Engineering project has obvious social characteristics, which includes not only material operating activities also cooperation and collaboration of complex staff a large number of social activities, etc. This paper point out the organization of control of project management into the field of social network analysis(SNA), A qualitative social network model for construction project organization is established, and then this model is quantitatively analyzed with the help of UCINET, which can fully demonstrate the organization and management in the areas of project feasibility.

Abstract: According to the work of Motakef and EI-Masri, the wall is divided into dry-wet-dry zones. Based on the heat and moisture transfer through porous media, considered the vapor condensation as a vapor sink, water source and heat source, coupled heat and moisture equations for wet zone were established. Closed-form analytical expressions for the condensation rate, moisture content and the time at which critical moisture content value is reached are obtained. The analysis has indicated that the condensation rate exhibits a strong dependence on the ratio of temperature drops across the wet zone to the square of that zone width and the maximum condensation rate value is reached at the boundary of wet zone close to lower temperature.

Abstract: There are two typical seismic damage characteristics to the masonry building with frame shear wall structure at first two stories, and the lateral stiffness ratio of the third storey to the second storey is one of the key factors mostly affecting the seismic performance of this kind of building. However, some factors are not considered sufficiently in current Chinese seismic codes. According to the theory of performance-based seismic design, the seismic performance of this kind of structure is analyzed in this paper by taking time-history analysis on models which with different storey stiffness ratios. The results show that when the lateral stiffness ratio controlled in a reasonable range, the upper masonry deformation can be ensured in a range of elastic roughly, and the bottom frame can be guaranteed to have sufficient deformation and energy dissipation capacity. Finally, according to the seismic performance characteristics of masonry building with frame shear wall structure at first two stories, especially the characteristics under strong earthquakes, a method of simplified calculation model for the upper masonry is discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In order to study the effect of the diffusers, there has been designed a variety of diffusers. If groove depth is large , the diffuser will become a high absorption coefficient, low-frequency sounds will reduce significantly. So we have spread the body size nested within each other, a small has been nested in a large body .The smaller parts expand of high-frequency sound, the larger parts for low-frequency sound, so over a wide frequency band can been spreading.

Abstract: Based on a typical projects, the horizontal displacement in depth, horizontal displacement and vertical subsidence of pile top, and settlements of surrounding buildings are monitored with the process on digging of deep foundation pit. The study on digging process of foundation pit is analyzed by using finite element software. Using mapped meshing method, from mixing the pile near the semi-circular area (radius = 50m), the meshing appropriate encryption in order to improve the accuracy of the external semi-circular area (radius = 65m) mesh is less appropriate sparse.Layer by layer to kill the layers of the soil unit and activate the soil nails (spring element), the simulated excavation and synchronization of soil nails construction.Verify the arc form of failure surface in side of deep foundation pit in soft soil area. Which is valuable for reference to similar structure engineering of foundation pit.

Abstract: The technological innovation chain is the innovation system that encircles the core technology and is based on supporting technology. The supporting technology not only includes vertical (the upstream and downstream) complementary supporting technology, but also includes the horizontal supporting technology based on the same technical link. The formation of the technology innovation chain is resulted from the limitedness of the technological knowledge, the complementarity of the products, and the pursuit for economy of velocity of innovation. The operation mechanism of the technological innovation chain includes three ways: which are the operating mechanisms relatively based on innovation platform, patent pool, and the R&D contract.

Abstract: This paper introduces the researches and applications based on genetic algorithm in the sample selection of papers. We followed the steps of the work and separate the model of four sub models: the pre-process model, sample selection model, property model and reefed model. We consider form all aspect which may affects the decision of sample selection and solve them. Form the instance, the genetic algorithm we discussed can improve the reliability and efficiency of the national first degree architecture test on some degree.
