Study on the Constitutive Model of Double-Wall Corrugated Cardboard with A and B Flutes

Article Preview

Abstract:

The stress-strain curve of double-wall corrugated cardboard with A and B flutes was acquired by the static compression testing, and the constitutive relation expression was fitted by the least square method. Then the buffer coefficient-maximum stress curve was obtained based on the non-linear function mentioned above. Finally, an example was presented to demonstrate the cushion curve applied to the design of packaging structure.
