Abstract: It is a new trend to control landslide by using anti-sliding composite structure of micro-piles combined with other engineering measures. It has been applied in many engineer practices for its convenient, less cost, and high landslide stability increased obviously by the pressure grouting. The paper discussed formation lithology, geologic structure and hydrogeology features of Xining-Jiuzhi highway as an example, according to the specific circumstance of sliding zones in superficial layer and deep layer, we proposed a comprehensive landslide treatment, combined with anti-sliding composite structure of micro-piles, anchor cable frame reinforcing and inclined drain holes. On the basis of analyzing the effect and theory of consolidating the slide by anti-sliding composite structure of micro-piles, we adopted the numerical model of lagrange finite-difference analyzing the stability of landslides and the load-carrying properties of the reinforced structure before and afterwards comparatively. The calculated results and monitoring showed that: the landslides were stable, and the comprehensive treatment of using anti-sliding composite structure of micro-piles has met the expectant control effects.

Abstract: In order to study the Mixed-Mode cracking behavior of cold recycling mixes with emulsified asphalt, the Arcan test configuration was chosen to perform the fracture characteristics of cold recycling mixes in five levels of Mixed-Mode (100, 75, 50, 25 and 0% Mode I) at three loading rates (1.0mm/min, 0.5mm/min, 0.1mm/min). The load and load-line displacement, peak load, crack angle and fracture energy were all used for further analysis. The process of cracking can be divided into three stages: the stage of crack arises, expand stage, and the brittle break stage; 0% Mode I has a significant difference from the others; the loading rates and levels of Mixed-Mode both have great influence on peak load; the higher level of Mode I usually gets lower crack angle; the fracture energy of 100% Mode I ranges from 168 J/m2 to 308 J/m2 and the specimen in 0.5mm/min has greater fracture energy.

Abstract: In order to test and verify the feasibility of the 5 roped new flexible safety fence posted with I-shaped cross section. So the full—scale impact test was studied. Four mainly aspects of the preparation for full—scale impact test study, testing and data collection, testing results and data analysis , conclusion were stated. The results show that the various elements of the new flexible safety fence meet the evaluation criteria, the maximum dynamic deformation is short, and it is no obvious stumbling resistance to the testing vehicles.

Abstract: In order to identify the crashworthiness of neotype flexible safety fence, methods was created by conducting FEA (finite element analysis) computer simulation and full-scale impact test based on the current available evaluation standard. Above all, the model of “vehicle-guardrail” was set up based on virtual proving ground (VPG) pretreatment software, the safety in the impact between vehicle and neotype flexible safety fence were studied from the aspects of the moving locus of vehicle, the acceleration of vehicle and the maximum lateral displacement of guardrail etc. Secondly, full-scale impact test was conducted for the guidance quality of guardrail to the tested vehicle. The test results indicated that the neotype flexible safety fence was inconspicuous to the tested-car, which was basically the same to the simulation results, and the evaluation parameter of guardrail met the acceptance criteria.

Abstract: As a result of plain concrete pavement cracking phenomenon is more serious, leading to the late maintenance and repair costs are higher, resulting in the national great economic losses, it has taken many measures to alleviate the damage of pavement, of which the most widely used reinforced concrete. The use of reinforced concrete materials can effectively delay the pavement cracking phenomenon, but its cost is high. In this paper we consider the use of bamboo reinforcement in concrete pavement instead of steel, and compare the bending test of the two kids of board, the bamboo reinforced concrete board and a concrete board. The experiment indicated that, compared with ordinary concrete board, the ultimate strength of bamboo reinforced concrete plate has been grew 87.5%, and reinforced concrete plate has certain signs before failure, so the concrete reinforced with bamboo ribs can prolong the concrete crack time, but also greatly improve the concrete pavement flexural strength and crack resistance. Bamboo reinforcement applied in concrete pavement is entirely feasible, and it is good of the application development prospect about bamboo reinforcement.

Abstract: spring is the serious road frost boiling season in Hrbin city. When passing the boiling road vehicle slow down and the person detour as much as possible. The repair of the boiling road will cost much money and time, and the same road section. In the text the reason of boiling and the influence are described, at last the prevention method is intrudced.

Abstract: The thickness test and models prediction methods and rheological deformation theory have an important impact on quality control in the process of hot asphalt mixture field rolling compaction. DSL30 leveling instrument are used to measure the thickness in the process of hot asphalt mixture. Pt100 and Paperless Recorder are joined to test the temperature field and results of compaction thickness and temperature changes are obtained, and the model is established for mixture rheological deformation theory and compaction thickness prediction. The results shows that: by using the thickness and temperature field test methods, relevant data of hot asphalt mixture can be gained accurately, viscoplastic rheological theory correctly reflects its deformation behavior and the thickness forecast model can efficiently show the mixture layer. In this way, new methods are provided for the asphalt pavement quality control, rheological theory and temperature fields testing.

Abstract: The composition scheme of speed target value of railway engineering contains the functional orientation of railway line, demand of time target value and the adaptation to the adjacent lines. The selected speed target value of railway engineering must be suited to the features of the railway, satisfied with transport requirement, accorded to railway developing strategy and realized to the best economic benefit. This paper comprehensively compares and analyzes different speed target value schemes adopted by Revamping project for Capacity expansion of WANGAN railway and a reasonable speed target value—200km/h reserved 250 km/h is recommended.

Abstract: Firstly, the parameters of cohesive zone model in ABAQUS software are calibrated through the cohesive constitutive model determined by cohesive potential energy, which is provided by Oriz and Pandofi(1999). Then, the validity and liability are verified by the single element example which compares extended finite element simulation with experimental results. Lastly, it puts forward the model of FEM based on the highway pre-sawed cracks. The curve of CMOD with changing temperature is obtained, and the curve can be divided into three stage segments. The middle stage segment changes dramatically for the local cracking in the crack tip field between asphalt surface and base. The research results illustrate the cracking mechanisms of asphalt pavement under changing temperature.
