Abstract: Design 6 different dosages of C70 hybrid fiber high-strength concrete and a group of ordinary-strength concrete C70. By test of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, discovery the high-strength hybrid fiber concrete compressive strength is not increasing trend; tensile strength increases significantly, average up to 5.12MPa, tension and compression ratio increased by 12%~40%; specimens eventually destroying the near ductility failure, in the case of 1.2% volume dosage of steel fiber and 0.10% volume dosage of polypropylene fiber, tension and compression ratio reach to 0.0683, hybrid fiber high-strength concrete showed good mixing effect, in the large-scale concrete construction has a certain spread value.

Abstract: The straw bale is a kind of eco-energy saving building material. Straw bale construction is a building which it use straw bales as the wall materials. Based on the investigation of rural residential buildings status, climatic characteristics and energy consumption status in northwest rural areas, raw material supply, construction cost and construction technology of straw bale building, thermal insulation and fire resistance properties of straw bale, environmental protection characteristic and so on were analyzed, it could make people aware of the straw bale can be used as an ideal material instead of solid clay brick in northwest rural residential building, and it could be extensive used and popularized in rural residential building.

Abstract: In this paper,it discusses the application of epoxy resin concrete, introduces the ultimate bearing capacity of covers of epoxy resin concrete and analysis of capacity theory and experiment result on covers of epoxy resin concrete.High performance polymer concrete is used to make the manhole cover instead of iron’s nowadays, and the paper analyzes the theory and test results of epoxy resin concrete, the performance of epoxy resin concrete is superior in fact, this kind of covers is the thinnest in all the covers.

Abstract: Base on experimental studying, early strength and work performance of portland cement, slay cement and fly ash cement improves and enhances when added ground limestone into and the adding content is beyond 8% .The strength of concrete is better than ordinary concrete, early strength increases by 16.9% when added ground limestone into and the adding content is beyond 10%. By studying on experiment, the strength of concrete which has been added slay and fly ash into when added ground limestone into and the adding content is 10% improves more than strength of concrete that has only adds slay or fly ash into. The fluidity of concrete that has added slay and fly ash into when added ground limestone into and the adding content is 10% lose small, this character is good at concrete construction. This experiment provides help for us to select concrete additive admixture and make good use of industrial waste.

Abstract: Many tests were carried out to study flexural failure characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity, and stiffness etc of reinforced concrete beams which are embed in basalt FRP bar. The results show that:(1)Basalt FRP bars greatly enhance load bearing capacity. (2) Beam failure characteristic is interfacial bond failure mode. (3) Reinforced beams’ integrity and stiffness are greatly improved, the beam crack resistance significantly improved.

Abstract: By using the electron microscope scanner, we have done some research and analysis about the internal microcosmic structure of sea sand concrete. And combined with micro-XRD analysis as well integrative thermal analysis, we made observations of the internal composition of sea sand concrete., studying the effect on which sea sand makes during concrete hydration and the effect which fly ash made on the micro-structural characteristics of sea sand concrete.

Abstract: With cyclic quasi-static tests, the strength and deformation behaviors of five shale ceramsite concrete shear walls specimens were studied, the effect of height-width ratios and reinforcement ratios of shear walls were considered. The failure feature, strength, deformation behaviors of shale ceramsite concrete shear walls were analyzed after the test. Analytical result indicates that, the shale ceramsite concrete shear walls have good strength and deformation behavior and it can meet the requirements of the structure seismic. The calculation formula of resistance moment and the relationship between curvature ductility ratio and displacement ductility ratio were established for shale ceramsite concrete shear walls and the calculate results were compared with test results.

Abstract: The effects of RE on the inclusions and the mechanical properties of 10PCuRE steel were studied. The results show that the morphologies and sizes of inclusions in 10PCuRE steel are changed, and RE played a very good role of modifying inclusions. Fracture is changed from cleavage to ductile fracture by adding RE to 10PCuRE steel. And the mechanical properties of 10PCuRE are improved. In comparison with 10PCuRE steel without RE, the transverse impact toughness of 10PCuRE steel with RE is increased 30.15% at -20°C, and the tensile strength and reduction of area have been improved 27.14%, 8.9%, respectively.

Abstract: Effects of two sample preparation methods on tensile strength of red clay are studied. The first method adopts standard layered-bumping to make sample whose layer interfaces are vertical to tensile force. The second method uses compaction apparatus to prepare big sample and the big sample is cut to prepare triaxial sample whose layer interface is parallel to tensile force. Test results indicate that the layer interfaces of soil sample have large influence on the single axle tension test, because the results of the sample prepared by 1st method have large dispersion and low strength, while the results of the sample prepared by 2nd method are just the opposite. Moreover, the layer interfaces of soil sample have little influence on the unconfined compressive strength test, and the results of the tensile test and unconfined compressive strength test of the samples prepared by 2nd method meet with the Griffith Criterion, so the samples of uniaxial tension test should be prepared by 2nd method.

Abstract: Repeated loading will produce cumulative damage to asphalt concrete, because of the visco-elastic property of asphalt concrete, a certain degree of self-healing may occurred in case the loads being taken away.( the healing effect is more obvious under higher temperature or pressure),this process can be indicated through adding the intermittent time factor to fatigue test of asphalt concrete .This study adds intermittent time factor to asphalt concrete fatigue testing through universal testing machine,, deeply analyzing the effect of intermittent time, confirming that 0.5 second intermittent time is a key time point to fatigue process ,fatigue rate under 15 °C is slower than that under 20 °C,and introducing the effect factor to the fatigue equation.
