Abstract: To meet the requirements of the testing for modern complex digital systems and devices, A novel method for the design of digital system fault diagnosis instrument based on VXI bus is described in this paper, and the composition and design principle of the hardware of the presented method is introduced in the paper. The instrument designed with the novel method provides 64 pins of Transistor-Transistor Logic (TTL) digital I/O for the test of digital modules and systems. Testing can be automatic accomplished by programming a sequence of test vectors. Real-time data comparison ensures fast test execution by eliminating the post processing of test data. Branching and test execution pause enhance the ability to synchronize the test system to activity of the unit under test (UUT). The experimental results show the module designed with the presented method has much more higher performance than the only similar manufacture VX4820.

Abstract: Industrial system has the characteristics of large scale and high complexity and much variable. Fault diagnosis with single theory or method is insufficient accurate. This paper presented a kind of graduation fault diagnosis algorithm based on immune neural network and fuzzy logic. As an example of the cooling system in nitric acid production process, the cooling system is divided into loop level and component level, using immune neural network to identify loop level faults, using fuzzy logic to identify component level faults. The simulation results show that the graduation fault diagnosis algorithm based on immune neural network and fuzzy logic has faster training speed and better generalization ability, and it can distinguish multi-routes faults. This algorithm can be used fault diagnosis for other complex system.

Abstract: The relationship between the sound power and the stimulated frequency of thin plate is analyzed, and the influence from frequency is also introduced. The result presents the characteristic of thin plate sound radiation when the stimulated frequency approaches the natural frequency, while radiation difference of the square plate and the rectangular plate is also given. The analytical results present the guide for low noise design of thin plate in engineering.

The Application of Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Technology in the Hydraulic Cylinder Production Process
Abstract: This paper discusses about the methods of ultrasonic nondestructive testing applied in the hydraulic cylinder production process; represents how to detect the defects of the raw material of cylinder barrel such as bubbles, cracks, impurity and test the steel tube thickness with the principle of ultrasonic thickness measurement; introduces how to select raw materials through the measured thickness, detect the defects in the machining process and implement preliminary qualifying examination for assembled hydraulic cylinder. The actual application shows that the method can improve the qualification of hydraulic cylinder production effectively.

Abstract: Denoising is the initial stage of image processing, in preparation for the subsequent processing of the image. This article describes a field of several denoising used filters include average filter, median filter, Wiener filter, Kalman filter. Combination of diagrams, will describe their filtering principle, at the end of this paper,analysis signal to noise ratio of image and other performance indicators .

Abstract: With rising attention to the quality of AC/DC, DC/DC power supply, in response to the verification of design and production of power supply, and to ensure the quality demand of power supply, power supply automatic testing system is thus developed. Power supply testing systems with features of higher accuracy, lower cost and shorter testing time should be designed to guarantee the quality of power supply to win high level of customer trust. This testing system uses Labview software to establish an open platform with built-in testing program editors of considerable freedom and convenience to allow engineers to rapidly edit testing programs for various projects and design various customized testing items. This study develops the unified instrument control interface for various testing demands of instruments and equipments made by different manufacturers. With software operating panel record functions, the system can record each testing step and furthermore edit. This study proposes the Test System Performance Index to facilitate customers to evaluate and compare the performance capabilities of various power supply testing systems. Higher Test System Performance Index indicates better performance of the testing systems. By comparison, the test system performance index of the testing system and Chroma 8000 are 3.36 and 0.164, respectively. This indicates that the testing system has definite advantages including more testing functional items, shorter testing time, low manufacturing cost, and supportability of various types of equipments, thus making it a system with great potentials.

Abstract: Flexible Overland Freight Monitoring System for Hazardous Chemicals, with the functions of tracking and localized, is designed. Sensor network, which is the integration of sensor technology, embedded and wireless technology, is a novel technique about data acquiring and processing. Some technologies cooperated with diagnosis are included, such as sensor, data collection, signal analysis, data processing, database, and net transmission. To achieve the hazardous chemicals from the production, storage, transportation to the whole process of remote real-time tracking and monitoring,This system receives real-time GPS position data, and sends it to internet through GPRS net. And with the technique of GIS, it realizes managing and monitoring tankers at the watching center. The converter has interfaces of GSM protocol and can send the control information and data of the control center to any terminal in the GSM network. Likewise the remote data can be transmitted to the control center with the converter. Controlled by central control system, the system can operate automatically and continuously.

Abstract: This paper presents a method to design the Rich Internet Application (RIA) based remote condition monitoring system. The contents include the structure of RIA based remote condition monitoring system, the design method of RIA based client program, and the design method of server program. The movability and cross-platform ability are two main advantages of this method. Two examples are also shown in the paper. One is to use a computer as the remote monitoring terminal, and another is to use a smart phone as the remote monitoring terminal.

Abstract: This paper presents three methods of design and development of an instrument with LAN interface. And the method of designing a communication module of Ethernet interface is adopted. Using this module, it is economical and efficient to change a traditional instrument into a network instrument without changing the hardware of the instrument. The communication module is designed on an ARM9 (S3C2410) platform. By transplanting embedded Linux OS in the platform, developing applications of Ethernet interface and standards RS-232 interface communication in Linux, the transformation of RS-232 port to LAN port is realized successfully in the module. For verifying the feasibility of this method, a signal generator is translated into a network signal generator by connecting with the module through serial port in the interior of the instrument. A virtual signal generator is also developed by LabVIEW on computer, and it can control the signal generator remotely though Ethernet.

Abstract: On the basis of automatic test system of the status in domestic and foreign, by analysis of the various functions and performance of the integrated test system, a design of the integrated test system is proposed, FPGA as the core logic controller of the hardware circuit. The system of the hardware design include: digital signal source output modules, analog output module and PCM codec module. Design of hardware circuit are mainly described. In addition, a detailed analysis of some key technologies in the design process was given. Overall, its data exchange with host computer is through the PCI card, data link and bandwidth can be expanded in accordance with the actual needs. The entire system designed in the modular principle, which has a strong scalability.
