Abstract: The database design process for failure diagnosis expert system is divided into two parts. One part is, in the knowledge base, we mainly introduce design ideas of each maintaining module of in knowledge base, including the implementation method for entry, retrieval, modification and inquiring function interface of knowledge. Another part is dynamic database. We mainly introduce the modules of specific design process for data transmission. The entire system realize by C++Builder language. And the detailed codes of database are written into the program code book.

Abstract: The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is a new type global searching method, which mostly focus on the continuous variables and little on discrete variables. The discrete forms and discretized methods have received more attention in recent years. This paper introduces the basic principles and mechanisms of PSO algorithm firstly, then points out the process of PSO algorithm and depict the operation rules of discrete PSO algorithm. Various improvements and applications of discrete PSO algorithms are reviewed. The mechanisms and characteristics of two different discretized strategies are presented. Some development trends and future research directions about discrete PSO are proposed.

Abstract: The vehicle driveline of pure electric bus based on the automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) was introduced and the rationality and necessity of using AMT in electric bus was discussed. The control network structure of vehicle driveline was built in this paper. According to the evaluation standards of automatic gear shifting, that is, the shift time and shift jerk, the optimum control strategy of automatic gear shifting was proposed in terms of the principle and method of adjusting torque and speed of motor. The experimental results indicate that, by the use of the developed gear-shifting control system for pure electric bus with AMT, the coordination control of gear-shifting process between AMT and synchronous motors based on the controller area network (CAN) bus technology can be realized. Consequently, the shifting quality can be improved thus to achieve the predetermined effect.

Abstract: The working principle of lock ring synchronizer was expounded and the synchronous working process of automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) at each stage was analyzed in this paper. Based on the control principle of discrete PID, the corresponding control strategy to three stages was proposed. Then, the degree of jerk when starting of motor vehicle was used as an evaluation criterion. Finally, the bench tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy. The experimental results indicate that the control strategy can ensure the demand of jerk, meet the limited synchronous time, improve the smoothness and comfort of gear shift, reduce the wear of the synchronizing ring and increase the lifetime of synchronizer.

Abstract: This article has designed an low power granary temperature and humidity acquisition system, used the latest model MSP430F5438 belonging to TI company as the processor of the lower computer, colleceted temperature and humidity by SHT11, transmitted the collected physical data to the host computer through the SIM300 wireless transmission module and received data stored in the database. The host computer was done by using the C + + builder software, analysed the real-time physical datas and made reasonable warnings.

Abstract: In order to satisfy the data transmission in the wireless sensor multimedia network of several QoS constraints. This paper proposes a real-time and low energy consumption routing protocol on the basis of MMSPEED, This agreement inherits the advantages of MMSPEED protocol, multipath and priority classification data transmission. And at the same time, in the routing decisions this paper chooses fragmentary active routing decisions, further energy consumption and transmission delay reduction. The simulation results indicate that in the random node distribution, the agreement in real-time and prolong the network survival cycle, etc, have a good performance.

Abstract: One of the major factors that affects the distributed network utility maximization(NUM) is the exchange message delay which leads to oscillations due to imperfect response to time-variant channel. In this paper, a novel Fuzzy technique is presented to solve the reverse impact control delay in distributed NUM of wireless mesh networks. Simulation results illustrate better performance.

Abstract: A manipulator's hydraulic driven system is an uncertain and nonlinear complex dynamics. Its research is not much at present. The report designed an electro-hydraulic driven control program that high speed on/off valve is worked as the pilot valve for logical cone valve, making up hydraulic driven system of high-power manipulator. For its control problem such as complex, uncertain and nonlinear dynamic, use a fuzzy immune PID control method that the PID controller parameters are on-line tuned by immune feedback mechanism and fuzzy reasoning respectively. With the harsh conditions of the square wave as an input signal, respectively examine response curve of the system using control strategy of the traditional PID and the fuzzy immune PID. Simulation results show that fuzzy immune PID obtains better control performance and robustness, and is superior to the traditional PID. It is fit for control of hydraulic driven system for manipulator.

Abstract: Intelligent assembly cell conception includes new solution kind of how to create structures of automated and flexible assembly system. Intelligent behavior of the system as the control system will repose on monitoring of important parameters of the system in the real time. The designed automation sensory equipment provides for automatic monitoring of all automated equipment motions in the first case and in the second important level is important to obtain the information about the status, presence and character of the assembled objects or assembly process. The application of the sensory equipment in the intelligent assembly process is designed on the ground of the sensory object properties of the pneumatic actuator model.

Abstract: With the development of measure technology, traditional sensors cannot meet the needs of all real world applications. Fuzzy sensors play a new role with linguistic description. How to using fuzzy sensor to measure gas collector pressure and adaptability of gas collector pressure state to the environment under valve position are given in this paper. Using linguistic descriptions of the two gas collector pressure state which is outputted by fuzzy sensor, we design the pressure control system and working effectively for cookery techniques.
