Abstract: The optimal approximate solution of a class of matrix equation is considered. Based on the generalized singular value decomposition, the expression of the optimal approximate solution to a given matrix pair is derived in the symmetric solution set.

Abstract: Due to the comprehensive effects of thermal factor, power factor, river course factor and human factor, indicated that ice information, such as flow ice date, frozen river date, breakup date of river ice and ice thick and so on presents complex change, this article attempts to analyze ice information whether has varied characteristic in the time criterion with the wavelet method. Through analyzing wavelet transform coefficient and wavelet variance in Inner Mongolia section, and the time series rules are summarized of ice characteristic. At the same time, wavelet variational figures and wavelet transformation frequency variance figures are drawn of Inner Mongolia station. Research results show that flow ice date sequence have obvious frequency variance extreme value of about 12 years criterion, therefore said that flow ice date exists about 12 years cycle, frozen river date and breakup ice date sequence have not remarkable frequency variance extreme value, but there is no obvious peak in about 6 years place of frozen river date frequency variance and in about 12 years place of breakup ice date frequency variance, which explained that frozen river date and breakup ice date sequence exist weak cycle.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of scene representation is modeled by simultaneously considering the stimulus-driven and instance-related factors in a probabilistic framework. In this framework, a stimulus-driven component simulates the low-level processes in human vision system using semantic constrain; while a instance-related component simulate the high-level processes to bias the competition of the input features. We interpret the synergetic multi-semantic multi-instance learning on five scene database of LabelMe benchmark, and validate scene classification on the fifteen scene database via the SVM inference with comparison to the state-of-arts methods.

Abstract: A dual-butterfly parallel access constant geometry pipeline radix-2 FNT (Fermat Number Transform) is proposed to enhance the computing performance of FNT. By the extending the conventional constant geometry FNT, two radix-2 butterflies could be calculated simultaneously in each stage, and the address generating method for parallel access without conflicts is deduced to make the dual-butterfly’s four operators fetched and stored at the same time. Compared with other single data stream FNT, the efficiency is enhanced by 3 times. Compared with the traditional convolution and the convolution based on conventional FNT, the convolution based on the proposed algorithm has the advantage in computing efficiency, which also indicates the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: A maximization of mutual information based image registration method is described. Firstly Due to the inferiority of image registration using maximum mutual information, the registration based on Harris algorithm to obtain corner points. Secondly, the one to one matching points could be obtained through mutual information rough match. Finally, the search strategy used the improved genetic algorithm to find the optimum value. Experimental results indicate the proposed algorithm can achieve better accuracy and good robust.

Abstract: A novel bionic, middle semantic object annotation framework is presented in this paper. Moreover, we build the model based on the perception as defined by the human visual system. At first, the super-pixel is used to represent the images, and conditional random field could label each of the super-pixels, which means annotating the different classes of objects. In next step, on the basis of the previous result, image pyramid is used to represent the image, and get the sub-region of some objects of the same class. After extracting descriptor to represent the patches, all the patches are projected to a manifold, which could annotate the different views of objects from the same class. Experiments show that the bionic, middle semantic object annotation framework could obtain superior results with respect to accuracy.

Abstract: The signal accumulation algorithm is one of the signal processing algorithms which is commonly used in the radar signal processing. However, with the growth of accumulation time, moving target will appear the problem of range migration and Doppler migration. As a result, signal energy can’t accumulate effectively, and the ability of radar to detect targets may be affected, so, motion compensation before integration is necessary. In this paper, a motion compensation method based on Keystone transform and Wigner-Hough transform is presented, which can correct the migration. Then simulation is carried out and the results verify its efficiency.

Abstract: Visual imagery is the foundation of image thinking and provides key features of special object for the top-down guidance of visual attention. The simulation of image thinking reasoning based on visual imagery has important significance for many fields such as automatic production, aerospace and image processing. At present, the representation and reasoning mode of visual imagery has gradually become one of the hot topics in the field of scientific and technological research. An object remarkable features extraction strategy based on the imagery conceptual network constructed before is proposed. The contribution of the strategy is that it can find remarkable features of the special object distinguish from others in the finite object concept set stored, which can be used to guide other cognitive activities such as target searching and visual attention.

Abstract: The cycle of each vibration component of a mixed signal is a very important parameter for reciprocating mechanical vibration signal processing. The cycle determination also has an important influence to obtain the typical characteristics of every sub-signal, to achieve the fault detection and diagnosis of the equipment. But signals acquired at the scene tend to a mixture of a variety of vibration components that have their own periodic characteristics. This paper mainly proposes a method based on the conception of the basic operation unit(BOU) for mechanical vibration signal processing, and the principles and processes of this method are described in detail. Simulation method is introduced in order to explain this principles. Furthermore, A Delphi programming is developed to realize this simulation implementation, and simulation results are demonstrated to fully verify its correctness. Finally, a method to quickly determine the various vibration component cycles is put forward.

Abstract: We propose a simple but effective method to determine the kernel weights for convex combination of multiple kernels. The key property of the proposed method is that it adopts a class separability criterion as the evaluation function to measure the goodness of the individual kernel. Based on the principle of class separability, we assign a weight to each kernel that is proportional to the quality of the kernel. Experimental results on Image Segmentation data set show the proposed method can improve accuracy in comparison with that using a single kernel or uniformly-combined kernel.
