Abstract: In this paper, the discrete point cloud data is directly used to extract quadric surface, with the single type of the point cloud data, the surface is firstly recognized. And then, according to different types of quadric surface, using the geometric parameter equation, the technology of extracting quadric surface can be achieved based on least square method. The results of the study show that: For normal data or less noisy data, the accuracy of calculation of linear least square method is the highest. For the nonlinear square method, on the other hand, the calculation precision is the lowest. However, the computational efficiency of the nonlinear least square method is higher than the linear least square method. The least square laws are more sensitive to noise data. With the increasing of the increased noise data, the extraction accuracy of the results will be affected by certain influence, but its computation efficiency is higher. Research results to practical engineering application of least square method to extract the quadratic surface have certain guiding significance.

Abstract: Highway maintenance equipment arrangement is a complex optimization problem. To solve this problem, a new “maintenance equipment service capacity (MESC)” index is introduced to evaluate the maintenance equipment service range. And an improved genetic algorithm based maintenance equipment arrangement method is put forward. Using this method, maintenance equipment can breakthrough the traditional work zone limit and the service range of maintenance equipment can be improved to the greatest extent. Practical experiments proved that the method in this paper can effectively reduce the redundant rate and improve equipment utilization of maintenance equipment arrangement.

Abstract: The fuzzy co-evolution genetic algorithm is applied to clinical nutrition decision-making optimization. By cooperative co-evolutionary algorithm, the decision problem of clinical nutrition is divided into two populations ,which is combined into a complete diet recipe. In this paper, different fuzzy-based definitions of optimality and dominated solution are introduced. The corresponding extension of Co-Evolutionary Genetic Algorithm, so-called Fuzzy Co-Evolution Genetic Algorithm (FCEGA), will be presented as well. To verify the usefulness of such an approach, the approach is tested on analytical test cases in order to show its validity . The solutions, provided by the proposed algorithm for the clinical nutrition diet model,are promising when compared with an existing well-known algorithm.

Abstract: With the computer technology and network development, application and promotion has led to a tradition of educational philosophy, methods, teaching strategies, models of major change. Internet and education as the core power to promote the development of social and economic, and will be profoundly changed the history and destiny of a nation. The emergence of adaptive learning system base on network, making the learning is no longer affected by time and space restrictions, and the teachers’ teaching mode is changing to students' learning mode. This paper focuses on the learning program to develop algorithms, though this algorithm can make "personalized learning" into possible.

Abstract: Multivariate quadratic based public-key cryptography called MQ problem which based on calculation of a secure cryptography of multivariate equations and MQ cryptography security is based on the difficulty of the solution of multivariate equations. But computer and mathematician scientists put a lot of effort and a long time to research MQ cryptography and they have proved that MQ cryptography is NP complete problem. Therefore, before the P problem Equal to the NP problem we do not figure out selected multivariate equations by random in polynomial time. So we can use this feature to construct the relative safety method of the public key encryption. A new type of public-key cryptosystem has been brought up in this paper that one-way shell core function which has such advantages as more security and flexibility, and provides a more inclusive public-key cryptosystem.

Abstract: Ontologies have attracted increasing attention in IT community and their benefits are now recognized for E-government applications. As one of the typical semantic representation methods, ontology-based integration approaches have been the focus in the past few decades. The definition of the ontology was reviewed firstly. Then methodological aspects related to ontological engineering were introduced. Importantly, a model of E-government information resource integration was presented. Finally, an E-government database ontology was developed for sharing and reuse of E-government information resource.

Abstract: Nowadays cross-media data mining and retrieval becomes an urgent problem in order to use multimedia resources more efficiently. This paper presents an overall design method on an image retrieval system based on embedded development. On the basis of speech-recognition technology, the voice command is converted into the text which is later to be as the keywords when searching image. In this way, our system allows users to just say can reach the purpose of image retrieval. The tests prove we successfully achieve the image retrieval after inputing voice-command. The integration of speech and image recognition technology can greatly free people's hands and provide a great convenience to users, especially for the illiterate or some disabilities.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the network information technology and logistics processing technology, the information and services are changing the people’s lifestyle, and meanwhile, exerting an influence on the sales channel. Many manufacturers are developing the network sales channel actively and selling products through the traditional channel at the same time. If manufacturers set the network sales channels incorrectly, or implement the network direct distribution thoughtlessly, it will cause the distributors’ boycott in the traditional distribution channel. Based on the existing ceramic e-commerce platform, this paper tries to develop the real dual-channel collaborative distribution system for the ceramic manufacturers. Through the system, the traditional distributors can join the network distribution channel, and sell products with dual-channel: one is the physical store sales channel after the products are delivered from the manufacturer using online procurement and payment; the other is the non-inventory network sales channel after the customers order and pay, then the manufacturer delivers to the customer directly according to the distributor’s virtual online procurement. Through the system, the ceramic manufacturer can maintain the traditional distribution channel, broaden the network distribution channel and develop the network distributors only using the non-inventory network sales model, and realize the collaborative distribution management in the traditional and the network distribution channel.

Abstract: Achieving scientific decision-making and information sharing of agricultural products multimodal transport is critical to enhance the management level of agricultural transportation. Based on the advantages of agricultural products multimodal transport, this paper makes an analysis of the decision-making and information systems development of agricultural products multimodal transport, which leads into the embedded GIS technology to study information structural optimization of agricultural products multimodal transport. Studies have shown that embedded GIS can improve the agricultural products multimodal transport activities and its logistical support capabilities, so as to provide important quantitative basis for achieving accurate protection of agricultural products multimodal transport under conditions of informatization.
