Abstract: This paper studies capacitated vehicle routing problem. Since the standard genetic algorithm is short of convergent speed and partial searching ability as well as easily premature, improved genetic algorithm is then adopted as an optimized solution. Firstly, sequence of real numbers coding is used to simplify the problem; it may construct the initial solution pertinently in order to improve the feasibility. The individual amount control choice strategy can guard the diversity of group. The combined hill-climbing algorithm can strengthen the partial searching ability of chromosome. Finally, comparing to a set of standard test problems, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and good quality.

Abstract: With the rapid development of automobile industry, auto parts logistics emerged as an important part of promoting industrial development. Milk-run is used more and more frequent in auto parts supply. Based on the characteristics of auto parts requirement and milk-run, in order to satisfy the requirement of OEMs, the distribution center takes milk-run supply logistics model to a variety of vendors, using the idea of third party. The design of automobile parts milk-run vehicle routing is the problem of designing the non-full set of goods vehicle routing with time window. This thesis established a vehicle routing model with time window, studied milk-run vehicle routing of automobile parts, used the particle swarm optimization to solve the problem of the example, and obtained a satisfied results in acceptable time. It also verified the validity of the model and algorithm.

Abstract: China is a vast country with 800 million farmers. An amelioration of their general living condition is a pressing issue. In China, it is not uncommon to encounter lower grain price due to the delays in their transportation. There are many reasons for the low living standards in rural areas, the obsolete rural logistic system, especially regarding agricultural products, is obviously one of them. Recently, to improve logistics development conditions of China's agricultural products, every levels of government increased rural logistics investment in construction projects; however, there are still delay issues from the productions centers to the urban areas. This paper looks the breaks in the logistics chain by studying the current distribution style, and proposes logistics system based on supply and marketing cooperatives in order to improve the existing system.

Abstract: Logistics profits which is the third profit source, it has become a "black hole" of the profits of the entire supply chain. At all the logistics costs, the proportion of transport costs is approximately 35% to 60%, thus by through reducing transportation costs, can we improve the effectiveness of the logistics system, and finally to maximize profits. Dynamic path planning of third-party logistics centers undoubtedly reduces transportation costs and optimizes logistics management research priority. The article first introduces the TSP and VRP, both are classic path planning methods, and then through the basic idea and the basic principles of detailing the Ant colony optimization to illustrate the wide range of applications of it in third-party logistics.

Abstract: A new model called location, routing, production and sale problem(LRPSP) is proposed for logistics distribution center location in the paper. In this model vehicle routing problem(VRP) and the balance or imbalance problem of production and sale are considered, because all these would influence the selection of locations of logistics distribution centers. And also ant colony optimization(ACO) for clustering and ACO for finding the shortest route are introduced to assign clients to distribution centers and solve VRP respectively for the model. Through designing the transition probability, the tabu list and the way to update pheromones reasonably, the composite algorithm of ACO for clustering and ACO for finding the shortest route(CACO) for LRPSP is realized and the computer program is designed by Java. Finally, it’s proved by a simulation case that CACO is feasibility and scientific effectiveness for LRPSP.

Abstract: The paper is focused on the Multi-cargo Loading Problem (MCLP). And solve this type of problems utilizing improved Heuristic Search Algorithm from the overall situation. According to the features of the problem, the essay centered the construct initial solution to construct neighborhood structure. For the operation, 1-exchange and 2-opt* were applied, it can also fasten the speed of convergence, and boost the search efficiency. Finally, the good performance of this algorithm can be proved by experiment calculation and concrete examples.

Abstract: Based on the unblocked reliability theory of the road network, combined with the characteristics of the logistics distribution of expressway service areas, the concept of network unblocked reliability on logistics distribution was put forward. Under the reliability analysis, the optimization model of multi objective, multi depot and open vehicle scheduling on logistics distribution of highway service areas was established, and the ant colony algorithm was designed. In the end an example was analyzed to validate the usability of the optimization model by comparing with saving mileage, which demonstrates the established optimization model of multiple depot vehicle scheduling is of a better practical value to guide the optimization decision making of logistics distribution network and to improve the reliability of logistics distribution of expressway service areas.

Abstract: Logistics is the new economic growth point in the 21st century. For Sichuan province, it is significant to predict regional logistics demand and make reasonable regional logistics plan. In this paper the empirical analysis for influencing factors of Sichuan logistics development was made with grey relation degree model. According to the research results, some pertinent analysis and suggestions were presented. This research can provide the direction for Sichuan logistics industry development and theoretic guidance for the development of logistics companies in Sichuan.

Abstract: Accurately defining the radiation scope of the logistics park is the basis of the rational planning of the logistics park as well as further improvement of the regional logistics efficiency, but currently there is still a lack of scientific and systematical theory focusing on the research of defining the radiation scope of the logistics park. Therefore the concept of ‘hinterland’ was introduced into the research of the radiation scope of the logistics park, and the concept of ‘logistics park hinterland’ was particularly proposed. Subsequently, based on the Voronoi diagram theory in computational geometry which reflects the advantage of the continuity of space division, and by introducing the ‘scale’ parameter in the breaking-point model into weighted Voronoi diagram, the model based on weighted Voronoi diagram to define the logistics park hinterland was built. Finally, this model was practically applied to the planning example of ‘Four logistics centers’ of Chengdu, and also by means of GIS software the respective hinterlands of ‘Four logistics centers’ of Chengdu were defined. It practically proves that this model overcomes the shortcomings existing in the conventional single space division theories and methods such as the breaking-point model and the ordinary Voronoi diagram theory, which makes the definition of the logistics park hinterland more reasonable and scientific.
