Abstract: On the basis of behavioral model under congestion pricing revenue redistribution, this paper proposes the general idea, process of the simulation and designs the essential simulation module of congestion pricing revenue redistribution based on the Multi-Agent technology and Starlogo. Traffic behaviors are simulated under the situation that congestion pricing revenue is used to raise the level of bus service and extend the road capacity. Also the simulation is compared with other two situations with and without congestion pricing. The results demonstrate that this method overcomes the localization of the traditional micro traffic flow simulation model, and the traffic flow of congesting section can be effectively reduced and distributed more optimal.

Abstract: Based on the result of SP survey, the transfer problems are classified and analyzed in detail. Then this paper conducts research on the passenger demand for metro transfer system. By using the Multinomial Logistic Model, the transfer impact factor is analyzed which could provide basical support for the improvement, planning and construction of public transit transfer system.

Abstract: large passenger flow is a common condition of urban transit operation, and the station bears the pressure of large passenger flow directly. This paper analyzes the reason for the appearance of large passenger flow and the characteristics of it, discusses the principles and methods that the station can apply under large passenger flow combined with the passenger’s transport process and the operation process.

Abstract: Building low-carbon public transport system is an important part of low-carbon urban transport sector. On the basis of analysis of the concept, meaning and significance of low-carbon transport, this paper analyzed the need to build low-carbon public transport system, and from the aspects of planning, technical, management and travelers, proposed appropriate measures to build low-carbon public transport system. Finally, the paper guided the traveler to consciously low-carbon travel. Through taking more measures to build low-carbon public transport system, we can achieve the sustainable development of urban transport.

Abstract: Transportation evacuation study has become a research focus in recent years. This paper deals with emergency evacuation on the sidewalk using agent-based simulation. The current study develops a traffic simulator within NetLogo, an agent-based environment. Two sub-models are proposed including facility sub-model to describe global path planning of evacuee and evacuee sub-model to describe the evacuee behavior. We conducted simulations to investigate the effect of generation position of evacuees and the proportion of choosing bus on evacuation through a case study. Simulation results indicate that the proposed model can well address the interaction among evacuees with different evacuation modes, and if evacuees choosing bus evacuate near bus station and evacuees choosing walk evacuate away from bus station, then average walking time of evacuees and maximum density in statistical area are relatively small.

Abstract: The paper makes a slow traffic survey of Nan shao men and Li jia cun in Xi'an. According to the investigation data, the paper analyses the present situation of the two areas’ slow traffic travel characters, it mainly includes the based property of slow traffic, the travel purposes of slow traffic, the trip mode and the spatio-temporal characteristics of travel. The result shows that: the travel time of slow traffic in Xi’an is too concentrated, it is better to adjust the work time of the organizations or different departments through the macroscopic readjustment and control of the Government, so that they could work in separate period. Moreover , the regional distribution of travel is imbalance. In order to reduce the influence on traffic, it will be better to set the underpass or overpass in the area which has a large capacity of slow traffic. Finally the traffic system is lack of planning and management. It is more likely to enhance the awareness of observing traffic regulations and strengthen the penalties for the behaviors which break the rules of the slow traffic.

Abstract: The characteristics of the intersection of bicycle was studied through survey and data analysis, and we got straight bicycle losses flow calculation formula under the influence of right turn motor vehicle. Through simulation to analysis the impact of its capacity further when motor vehicle traffic, plus the deceleration and the proportion of bus changes, and measures were proposed to improve bicycle capacity.

Abstract: An analytical model and a solution procedure are proposed to optimize train size and headway for an urban rail transit system wherein passengers demand is assumed to be sensitive to fare and the level of service, in terms of load factor and waiting time. It is found that an optimal temporal headway and train size for different demand distribution that maximizes profit and minimize total system cost for the studied subway system can be efficiently solved.

Abstract: In order to alleviate the traffic problems, development of public transport routes is gaining more attention nowadays. Based on the case study of several public transport routes, this paper explores this new development model which gives priority to public transportation. The author studies the background, the operation features and the innovative values of these routes. The study proves that public transport routes will not only solve the transport difficulties, but will also enhance the policy of public transport priority.

Abstract: The CRTSⅠslab ballastless track structure was the research object of this thesis and the truck vehicle-track dynamics coupled model had established in this thesis. Germany track interference spectrum was used as the track irregularity. The study analyzed the force conditions of the CRTSⅠslab ballastless track under the action of heavy freight trains in 110km/h, as well as the wheel-rail vertical force, vertical displacement and acceleration of the rail and rail board changes with time. The results show that the CRTSⅠslab ballastless track can meet the basic requirements of freight line.
