Abstract: The limitations of the original coating display are discussed. And new materials and new possibilities of the rail vehicle performance are analyzed by using the new materials,3M glue and LED for rail vehicle display. In the end, the development trend and possibilities of mordent rail vehicle appearance are discussed with the combination of the massage conveyed from these cases and product characteristics at the information age.

Abstract: The existing stability evaluation methods of damaged vessels fell short of the consideration of the turbulent characteristics. Based on the analysis of the coupled relation of the damaged rectangular vessels’ stability and the water dynamic characteristics under different stages, collaborative simulations were made with the aid of MATLAB and FLUENT. Results show that: (1) the swing significantly hinders the turbulent; when the swinging amplitude is comparatively small, its impact is weakened accordingly. (2) When the swinging amplitude increases, in phase , backflow emerges. (3) When the swing frequency is high, an extremum appeared in phase , whose value is determined by the biggest swing angular acceleration.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the better energy absorbing effect of octagonal energy absorbing box with multi edges , we put forward a rectangular energy absorbing box is stamped with certain depth waveform in the length direction to improve the ability of energy absorbing, else, the affection of stamping depth、stamping width、fillet radius、rectangular aspect ratio and placement mode on energy absorbing is studied. The conclusion of the thesis is hoped to provide some reference for some related researchers and manufacturing enterprises and apply to practical production early.

Abstract: The object is to propose an accurate and succinct numerical method to compute the electromagnetic force between the electromagnetic track brake and track. The model of the magnetic circuit with variable air-gap permeance is established and the electromagnetic force is obtained by using a method of magnetic flux tubes. The electromagnetic force is compared with that from the finite element method using Ansoft software. The comparison results show that the numerical method is capable of achieving precise and reliable electromagnetic force quickly.

Abstract: Safety and reliability are requirements of automobile steer by wire system. Firstly, steering force feedback subsystem of steer by wire is designed. Design of steer by wire system mechanical parts must consider effects of automobile vibration environment. Then, worm of worm drive speed reducer is modeled using ANSYS software and modal analysis is performed. Natural frequencies and vibration mode contour maps of each order are acquired. The results show that the modal analysis of worm is valid and can predict worm’s vibration performance; both structure and material affect the part’s vibration performances.

Abstract: Liquid Natural Gas liquefaction can greatly save storage space and cost, and has the calorific value big performance higher characteristic. Through the test, 1 # LNG test bus and 2 # diesel test bus, 3 # gasoline test bus operation compared fuel costs saving rate were 20.86%, 21.63%; CO, HC emissions decreased obviously. However, the main problem of LNG bus is power ratio decreased significantly and lack of power during climbing acceleration.

Abstract: The multi-objective optimization design model of large vessels principal parameters was established, according to the characteristics of large ship’s scheme design. The ship stability, rapidity, and seakeeping were selected as the three objectives of the optimization model, and the minimum-deviation method was adopted to establish the unified objective function. The Particle Swarm Optimization and the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm were combined to the hybrid particle swarm algorithm, which then was used to solve the mathematical model. Through the simulation calculation, the results show that the hybrid algorithm has a better optimization performance and it is feasible for hybrid algorithm to apply in the preliminary design of large vessels.

Abstract: This paper explains and demonstrates how to calculate and optimize landing performance. According regulation requirement, it needs to consider the different requirements [1], including landing field length, missed approach climb gradient, brake energy and tire speed. Weights limited by the different requirements are calculated, the minimum of these weights limited are determined as the actual allowed maximum landing weight.

Abstract: This paper put forward a struction model of pneumatic beam transport trailer of principal and subordinated vehicle model with combination of four-wheel steering and articulated frame. Its steering conditions are analyzed. The steering condition and the method of determining of the minimum turning radius and the calculation formula of turning radius are obtained.

Abstract: In order to determine the statistical characteristics and distributive regularity of a light commercial vehicle’s braking performance, and further establish corresponding statistical models of vehicle braking performance, large sample testing and statistical analyzing of 220 vehicle’s braking performance are carried out with brake tester bed, as well as 6 braking performance’s optimal fitting distributions and the distributive parameters are obtained also. By means of the statistical characteristics and distributive regularity of the brake performance, the statistical models of the 6 braking performance are established, the model included the probability density function and the distributive function. The calculating results show that in all established models, the largest calculating error absolute value is 6.24%, and the smallest only 0.23%. This research will play an important guiding significance and role to truly evaluating vehicle brake safety performance, improving vehicle brake system design, manufacture, maintenance and repair, as well as revising the relevant limits of vehicle brake safety laws and regulations.
