Abstract: The fast urbanization is incurred with an increasing frequency and variety of sudden burst of disasters, especially in the mountain city. Its complex geographical environment restrains the population evacuation and the refuge; therefore, it is of great significance to explore into the disaster prevention in the mountain city. The green land system plays a positive role in urban disaster prevention and relief. With the analysis of deficiencies facing Shapingba district of Chongqing in the use of the greening system, plus theories of the green land system and the disaster prevention, the paper discusses how to improve the urban function of disaster prevention and relief via the green land system. To be specific, the green land system can be relied on to strengthen the urban system of disaster prevention; the network-shape green land system should be improved to form appropriate disaster prevention division and level; the route of disaster prevention and refuge is referenced to reasonably allocate the urban green land; the urban public green land is increased to enlarge the refuge area; many trees are planted to work as the isolating belt of disaster prevention.

Abstract: Since reforming and opening-up policy, the internal reason of fast urbanization caused the restructuring of the city space. But the affects of unique marine resource in coastal city in the urban spatial expansion process can not be neglected. From the perspective of dynamic factors take Qingdao as an example, in this essay, the research would be done to discuss about the coastal city's influence on the expansion of urban space in port economy , the industrial structure, land policy, living factors and other aspects.

Abstract: With the development of urban construction, urban renewal and transformation is the trend of urban construction and development, it cannot be avoided, and it is the inevitable process of urban development. China's 20 years of rapid economic development led to the acceleration of urban renewal in full swing. Renovation of old urban construction has become a very thorny issue. This paper analyses problems and countermeasures in Old City Reconstruction in China, and gives some Suggestions from operating mode and development mode and laws and regulations.

Abstract: Campus planning is challenged with the development of higher education. Analyzing the relationship between place sprit and campus planning, the paper discussed the necessity of opening, dynamic and romantic in campus planning which presents a new idea for campus planning.

Abstract: In this paper, based on the introduction of the typical cases of foreign and domestic housing, it is indicated that China’s high-density housing should be improved in concepts, planning and construction. Compared with high-density housing in developed county from urban planning, floor plan and ecology measures it is stressed that we should focus on some energy-saving measures in the construction which adapt to the current condition of our country.

Abstract: In order to optimize the location of public parking facilities based on the optimal total social cost, location selection and scale settings are considered as the main contents. By analyzing the cost factors and the restrictions, a location model of public parking facilities is formulated with the objective to minimize the total social cost. Under the assumption that the requirement distribution of the public parking is agreed to the Gravity Model, the optimization algorithm of the schemes selection is proposed to fully search the solution space. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to illustrate the proposed model and the algorithm.

Abstract: The case of Wangguo Village was taken to exemplify the planning under the new rural development program in the perspectives of farmers’ daily life, behavior and sense of identity. This research examined the characteristics and contents of the planning under the new rural development program and proposed the recommendations on the planning and implementations.

Abstract: The article chose the exterior public space of the Chaogewenduer Gacha as the main subject investigated in Xilin Gol, through analyzed the current situations of the Gacha’s exterior public space in detail, found out the existent problems such as lack of the public spaces, unreasonable exterior space scales, lack of the exterior space joints and lack of the green spaces, in the last, put forward reasonable reconstruction suggestions.

Abstract: Analyzed the intrinsic relationships between the change of institutions and the evolution of village spatial form under different social background. Through consulting literature and field investigation, analyzed how the change of institutions effect village spatial form.The aims are to provide a reasonable way for the evolution of village spatial form under the background of the changes in institutions.

Abstract: After affirming the regional features and value of small towns’ settlements of loess hill and gully area in Middle Inner Mongolia, some problems are pointed out in the construction and development, and some constructive suggestions and ideas are put forward about the sustainable development model.
