Abstract: Project risks are generally perceived as events that influence adversely the achievement of project objectives, nowadays, risk management has become one of the key project management processes, and there are many complex evaluation and decision-making problems in risk management process. In order to improve the efficiency of decision maker group for risk management study, this paper applies Group Decision Support System (GDSS, a kind of group decision technique) into risk management of projects at the planning stage, and introduces a prototype GDSS entitled Interactive Risk Management System (IRMS) to help manager to make good decisions. Besides, this paper illustrates the main functions and working principles of each part of the proposed system, the working process of this system and the implementation method of each part are also discussed.

Abstract: Shield Construction is an extremely complex system engineering which contains greater uncertainty and safety risk, therefore, it is essential to carry the intelligent management on the whole construction process. In order to meet the information needs of different levels of shield construction in the mobile environment, combined with the characteristics of the projects, this paper considered construction information as the core to research the Shield construction AJAX-based Intelligent Management System under the mobile environment. The system can provide technical support for the realization of the real-time sharing of information construction in the mobile environment and the construction of decision-making.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the necessity of building the external teaching base of civil engineering in excellent engineer cultivation plans, proposed measures of the external teaching base construction from three links, including: the practice team link, construction enterprise link and project manager link. The analysis has positive significance to enhancing the education quality of civil engineering specialty production practice.

Abstract: In article we analyzes the conventional experimental method’s characteristic and expatiates the predominance of numerical simulation experiment. The numerical simulation experiment is applied in teaching text in civil engineering school of Henan Polytechnic University and obtained the very good teaching effect. Numerical simulation experiment can simulate routine experiment and get curve and data which can’t be obtained by normal test. Numerical simulation experiment also can simulate large-scale project which can't be done by conventional experiment.

Abstract: High-Performance Concrete (HPC) is an important trend of concrete development, representing the concrete development of green technology and high performance. HPC is a multi-compound system, affected by many factors. It is difficult to determine good and bad of HPC quantitatively. At present, quality control of HPC mix proportion is largely based on experience and qualitative analysis, the lack of effective means to guide mix proportion design. The use of the mathematical theory of fuzzy cluster analysis in combination with the characteristics of HPC, we have established a HPC mix proportion design model by fuzzy cluster analysis. Arrives at the base with the similarity to the good HPC proportion, it achieves fuzzy clustering analysis method of quality control of HPC prediction.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to make a brief description of a quantitative method of evaluation of development of the nanotech engineer competences. The description is given by the example of development of the science-based world view. Also this article provides explanation of a quality parameter and its significance for a structure mentioned in this article.

Abstract: Architect’s knowledge covers both areas of human art and technology. The core abilities of this profession include analysis, design, presentation and coordination. Curriculum design in Architecture Department hereby shall attach great importance on the cultivation of students’ comprehensive competence. To foster talents with practical and innovative engineering ability, we set up three mutual supportive methods: module-based teaching system, open-typed and diversified educational platform, and well-structured faculty team. This method has been proved to be an effective one which achieved good results.
