Abstract: The construction workers' unsafe behavior is the direct cause of security incidents. Analysis the formation mechanism of construction workers' unsafe behavior from the perspective of behavior psychology,and find out the factors affecting the safe behavior of construction workers ,among the factors,the most critical is fostering safe behavior habits. Through the questionnaire survey on the management of the building units in Nanjing and using the SPSS software to conduct the statistical analysis of the four methods of fostering safe behavior habits. The conclusion is that the safe education and training is the most important to foster safe behavior habits. At last,the paper gives the feasible measures combined with foreign experience in safety training mode.

Abstract: To solve the problem of resources constraints to the process in the schedule plan, this paper presents a GERTS schedule simulation model with resource constraints. Through the change of the GERTS model nodes, which introduces and re-defines a resource function, it solves the GERTS’s defects in describing an action that depends too much on the resource. The model is applicable to the simulation and analysis of the schedule plan. Finally, the paper gives the example of the specific simulation algorithm.

Abstract: For the implementation of the Ministry of education of China on “Excellence Engineer talent training project” spirit and the training target of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents in Shanghai Institute of Technology, talent training scheme revised 2012 edition was modified as the background. According to the analysis of the situation in the current transportation construction industry development and the talent market demand, combined with the training experience and professional achievements, the professional orientation with safety science concept was presented, the talents training "3 +1" mode was implemented as the main form of Excellence Engineer cultivation mode, and the teaching system including theory course system and practice course system were studied and reformed in this paper, it presents a reference of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents training mode for similar colleges in China.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the type and characteristics of the construction industry disaster, this paper analysis the objects of forewarning management of construction industry disaster, such as unsafe factors of the people, unsafe status of the object, unsafe conditions of the environment and unsafe factors of the management, and also discusses the construction process of forewarning management system of construction industry disaster. Furthermore, this paper studies the contents of forewarning management analysis and pre-control measures in detail. Finally, this paper put forward to establish forewarning management system of construction industry disaster, and adopts scientific methods in order to maximize security.

Abstract: For four years of university study, graduation thesis (design) is a very important teaching in university, but there are different levels of undergraduate thesis (design) quality at present, which will affect the quality of personnel training in university. Firstly this paper points out the problems in graduation thesis (design) of the mining geotechnical engineering, then the methods and measures of improving the thesis (design) quality is proposed, finally exploring and practicing on teaching optimization of the thesis (design) is discussed.

Abstract: Traditional analysis methods cannot analyze the data of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction and be applied to decision-making, thus are unable to identify the quality improvement priority sequence. This study treated the food and beverage (F&B) service providers in Taoyuan International Airport as the research subject, and applied the Taguchi quality analysis method to evaluate the F&B service and identify the improvement direction for the F&B service quality.

Abstract: Some problems exist in the construction enterprises supply chain partnership management in China, limiting the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. This paper separately analyzed the main problems between the contractor and the supplier: unsuitable supplier selection, limited information sharing, low trust degree; and the main problems between the contractor and the owner: ineffective communication, conflict of interest, excessive risk. Correspondingly, it proposed some measures: select satisfied supplier, enhance information sharing, establish interest allocation mode, take effective incentive; and strengthen effective communication, implement coordination management, raise risk awareness, for the contractor to solve these problems and improve the supply chain partnership management.

Abstract: For enhancing energy-saving for construction engineering project, energy-saving oriented matrix management mode (ESOMMM) is proposed. The frame of the ESOMMM in engineering project is established from two dimensions (basic stage and key content). Under the precondition that the key contents are implemented, the key energy-saving techniques are respectively studied from planning, building, rebuilding and usage stage. And the coordination optimization model for key techniques under ESOMMM is established to solve conflict among varied key techniques. The energy-saving achievement after application is analyzed by applying ESOMMM, its key techniques, and the coordination optimization model in Shenyang city. The result shows that above mode, key techniques and model in engineering project will be benefit for enhancing the energy-saving greatly.

Abstract: The engineering ability is the most important and essential quality of an engineer as well as the weakness of higher education in engineering. Universities and colleges have to pay more attention to cultivate engineering ability to students. This article introduces CDIO model and produces the syllabus of Bridge Construction according to the CDIO concept. Through the teaching practice of Bridge Construction, the passage discusses the cultivation of engineering ability under the CDIO concept.

Abstract: The construction project management enterprises always encounter a number of problems in the process of rapid development and expansion, and many of the problems are caused by the internal mechanism of enterprises. In order to solve these problems, this paper compared two forms of the different operation effect between limited liability companies and joint stock limited companies. Through continuing exploration of theory and practice, the author believes that, by stockholding reformation on the basis of the corporate system, many of the above problems can be solved with harmony internal relations and activated enterprise impetus, and after that, those enterprises can provide better project management services for the construction market in China.
