Abstract: ADSL line test in the field of telecommunication is high-strength work. But current testing method has low working efficiency and cannot realize automatic test. In this paper, the wire-plugging test robot system based on machine vision is designed to realize remote test and automatic wire-plugging, and it also can improve work efficiency. Dual-positioning method which based on technologies of color-coded blocks recognition and visual locating is used in this system. Color-coded blocks are recognized to realize socket coarse-positioning, the stepper motors in directions of X-axis and Y-axis are drived to move to nearby the socket quickly. Video-positioning technology is used to realized pinpoint the socket. The stepper motors of X-axis and Y-axis are drived to make a plugging to align a socket after the pinpoint action is realized, and then the motor in the direction of Z-axis is drived to realize wire-plugging action. Plugging is resetted to a safe place after the end of the wire-plugging. Performance tests have improved that this wire-plugging test robot system can realize plug-testing task quickly and accurately, so it is a stable wire-plugging equipment.

Abstract: To study the influence of barrel’s deformation and vehicle velocity to certain vehicular Gatling gun, a virtual simulation with rigid-flexible coupling was established by using ADAMS/Flex module based on rigid multi-body dynamics and flexible body dynamics theories. Considering the interaction of the tires and road surface, vehicle and machine gun, the dynamic analysis and calculation of exterior ballistics were completed in various vehicle velocity condition, the muzzle response characteristics and impact position were obtained. The Model is testified rational, accuracy and effective by comparing simulating results with the experimental data of the velocity and displacement of barrel, which has laid the foundation for further simulation and structural optimization.

Abstract: Abstract. Worm-cam combined mechanism was chosen as the kinematic precept of upward-and-downward adjusting mechanism of automobile seat on the basis of functional requirements. The designing mathematical model of the combined mechanism was built on the basis of mechanism theories, and its programs were written in Matlab to solve the model. Parameterized models of every parts of the combined mechanism were built and their virtual assembly was carried out in CATIA. In ANASYS, which was based on assembly finite element analysis, the strength and rigidity of the combined mechanism assembly digital models was analyzed and evaluated. Finally, a design sample was presented.

Abstract: The flue gas turbine discussed in this article have relatively backward pneumatic design, low operating efficiency, as well as problems of vibration, catalyst accumulation and fouling etc. It cannot realize better generating power effect because of short running cycle, high failure rate, and low recovery of heat and pressure energy generated of high temperature flue gas. To solve the above problems, this article proposes failure analysis. Flue gas turbine problems appear for the main reasons: the steam of the regeneration standpipe reach the regenerator, lead to catalyst breaking and give rise to a large number of catalyst fines, which causes the third cyclone separator blocked and the flue gas turbine fouled. Then, repair the leakage point of regeneration standpipe, maintain smooth operation,and transform leaf type of flue gas turbine. The flue gas turbine restored power generation status after overhaul. achieve the purpose of high efficiency and long-term stable operation.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a new memristor based chaotic circuit, which is obtained by replacing the nonlinear resistor in the canonical Chua’s circuit with a charge-controlled memristor. This chaotic circuit uses only the four basic circuit elements, and has only one negative element in addition to the nonlinearity. The existence of the chaos is not only demonstrated by computer simulations, but also verified with Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation, poincaré mapping and power spectrum analysis.

Abstract: This paper briefly classified the common types, working principle and technical characteristic of the hydraulic synchronous circuit. At the same time, the essential factor interfere with synchronization precise of the hydraulic hoist were indicated; and the control strategies and programs of the hydraulic hoist were compared. Further nore, several improvements of improves the synchronization precise and the stability were discussed.

Abstract: The application of LED was in an exploring stage, while it had a series of problems on architectural lighting, such as light distribution, color temperature selection and light attenuation. Based on the relations between color temperature and visual effect, this thesis discussed the relations between three kinds of LED color temperature and the changes of human pupil size. In the circumstances of settled lighting conditions, adjust visual regional background brightness, the changes of pupil size was measured with the aid of iView eye tracker. The survey finds that the pupil shrinks with the high rise of light source color temperature, which leads to the improvement of visual efficiency. However, high color temperature appears dazzling, which is likely to cause fatigue and discomfort.

Abstract: Ant colony algorithm ( ant colony algorithm, ACA ), Also known as ant algorithm, is a diagram used to find the probability of path optimization algorithm. Ant colony algorithm is a novel simulated evolutionary algorithm , A preliminary study shows that the algorithm has many good properties. Currently a number of ant colony algorithm has been optimized combination of problems, such as TSP, QAP, JSP, VRP and other issues demonstrated its outstanding prospect. This paper is trying to optimize the existing combination of ant colony algorithm based on the reality of defects, from the pheromone update useless to achieve repetition rate of the control nodes, thereby enhancing the ant colony algorithm in the iterative process of updating optimum capacity. For the same number of iterations to find the path shorter, less costly rules. And in VC++ program to validate the optimal solution of TSP to solve practical problems.

Abstract: For getting the parametric equation of random polygon, by the basic extension factor to stretch the round, there generates polygon of meeting the required conditions. Such algorithm overcomes the disadvantage in the generation of polygon from round under control of a single parameter and the complication of mathematical background. Firstly, a detailed introduction is given to the basic extension factor and the selection of relevant coefficient, and then the errors of such algorithm are analyzed. And the experimental result shows that the mathematical background of such method is relatively easy, the parameters are easy to control and constitute, and the generation of arbitrary polygon is available with high precision. Such the parametric equation of random polygon and method can be used in relevant fields such as geometric modeling, CAD/CAM, and computer graphics.
