Abstract: Daqing River is one of the major rivers flowing into the Dianchi Lake. In this paper, phytoplankton investigation and environmental assessment for the dredged area in Daqing Estuary Section of Dianchi lake in Kunming city was reported. After microscopic identification and counting of 6 water samples(two of them is control plot), the water environment were evaluated by the phytoplankton species and quantity which were assessed by the biological diversity index, including Maglarf, Shanon-Wiener, Simpson diversity index, Pielou index and Berger-Parker dominance index. It’s found that there are mainly 5 species of algae, and among them, Microcystis spp. et al., are the dominant species. So the water is assessed as eutrophication, Heavy sewage. Based on the diversity index analysis, the dredged area sampling sites were relatively higher than the non-dredged areas in biodiversity of phytoplankton. Summarily, the water quality after dredging has been improved to some extent. Phytoplankton biodiversity indicators should be the important water environmental assessment method.

Abstract: The environment problem becoming increasingly prominent in nowadays, people pay more and more attention to low-carbon. The low-carbon status of power plants has a significant impact on the low-carbon development of the whole country. And the proportion of thermal power installed capacity of total installed capacity is more than 70%. So there’s necessity and practical significance to study low-carbon development evaluation system for thermal power plants. This paper discusses the principles, indexes selection and evaluation methods for thermal power plants’ low-carbon development assessment. And its case study done shows the effectiveness of the methods.

Abstract: The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method has proven effective in increasing the understanding of complex systems, including environmental systems. A fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of environmental impact of petroleum project is presented. The model utilizes factor set to represent environmental impact factors and evaluation set to environmental impact level. And it constructs the evaluation index system based on "pressure-state-response" model, and selects advantage indicators using the analysis hierarchy process, and determines the grading standard of environmental impact level. The results produced by this model reveal the degree of environmental impact caused by petroleum project.

Abstract: This paper introduced the present situation of the research on "Energy - Economy - Environment" sustainable development, proposed design ideas to build an open service-oriented platform for basic research, presented the detailed design and implementation approaches of the open research platform which provided support, research and decision functions for the “Energy-Economy-Environment” coordinated development .The platform facilitates the related department of government and research staff those who utilize it for depth study, and provides support data and policy-making basis for building the mechanism of energy, economy and environment coordinate development and socioeconomic macro-development goals.

Abstract: With the rapid oil and gas industry development, the city gas pipeline has become a necessary infrastructure of the modern city. The Pipe leakage emergency rescue often involving multiple people and departments at all levels, also a large number of geographical space data for piping around. The Geographic Information System (GIS) has many advantages that it can conduct spatial data management, data visualization, analysis, simulation, and integrating with other systems. The main study line is simulating the gas diffusion, firing and exposing, once leaking, researching to the establishment of accident prevention, reducing damage caused by an accident emergency rescue system of city natural gas pipeline. The system can make a visual show of the assessment area of accident consequence with different grades through inputting physical and chemical parameters of natural gas, initial state of gas leakage and weather conditions.

Abstract: An urban eco-security evaluation system of 18 cities in Sichuan province was established by using PSR (Pressure-Status-Response) method. In this research the parameterized combination operator model which is propitious to fuzzy inversion problem was selected to evaluate over the situation from 2005-2007, using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) to optimize the parameter of parameterized combination operator. The results show that Chengdu was in a relative safe state and the other 17 cities are in critical safe; total situation of eco-security in Sichuan during 2005-2007 keeps on improving. The results gain with our method is basically consistent with the actual situation. It is seen that the urban eco-security indexes and evaluation model in our research are both feasible and efficient to solve the eco-security evaluation.

Abstract: Based on the water quality investigation data of December in 2010, the water environment quality of Lv-tang River in Zhanjiang national urban wetland park was assessed using single water quality parameter model and integrated water quality index model. The results show that the water quality of Lv-tang River is worse than the national quality standards for Grade V. The water is polluted seriously. The main pollutants are total nitrogen (TN), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and chemical oxygen demand CODCr with their average concentrations of 60.49 mg/L, 30.57 mg/L and 227.38mg/L, respectively. The averages of their single parameter pollution index are 30.25 , 19.79 and 8.74. The average of single parameter pollution index of the river is 8.23 which indicated that the river belongs to heavy pollution zone. The integrated water quality index was 22.5 showing that the river belongs to serious pollution zone.

Abstract: This paper gives the contents of the Cleaner Production of the pilot units(scene, hotel, campus) by combining the developing status in the tertiary industry, and through deep theory probing, concludes the indicator framework in this field and shows the reference for the sustainable development in the tertiary industry in China.And the framework concerns such aspects as environmental quality(water,air,noise) and other indicaotrs respectively. It ranges the Cleaner Production level of the tertiary industry into six status like The best , Very good, ordinary, somewhat, danger, and the worst.

Abstract: With the prosperity of socialist market and the improvement of people's living standard, people began to pay more attention to living environment in their community. Environmental construction in livable community is to satisfy people from all aspects of living, meet all needs of people in the community. Modern property management is a new mode of housing management, which is a pioneer to exploit and use energy; it is closely related to people's living quality. The article is starts with the concepts of environmental construction in livable community and modern property management, and discusses the relationship between them; at the same time put forward the concept of low-carbon energy saving in property management.

Abstract: This article studied the ecological landscape development planning in Changchun automobile development zone. The ecological principles of the conceptual planning of the zone was discussed, and conceptual spatial configuration of residence, industries, green spaces and waters was introduced.
