Abstract: The paper is focused on the study Influence of parameters of plasma welding on the properties of welded joints of duplex stainless steels in mode with deep remelting. The aim of research is determining a suitable parameters of plasma keyhole welding that will allow the good welding joint, particularly in respect of proper ratio of austenite-ferrite phase without undesirable intermetallic phases.

Abstract: The article analyzes the possibility of automatized generation of workspace resulting from random movement of the end module of a serial kinematic chain by means of numerical mathematical analysis. The methodology is applicable to physical structures with various degrees of freedom of movement. The newly proposed concept of a universal rotation modulus with an optimized 90° interface curvature provides the possibility to construct such physical structures, and the referred methodology identifies their main feature - the scope and shape of workspace.

Abstract: This paper describes the proposal of welding fixtures which achieves pre-arrangement of individual parts of fixture based on suitable modules. Also is focused on methodological process of their design using modularity principle and reconfigurability. Describe procedure of designing fixture with emphasis to specific requirements for welding fixtures in robotic welding. Take advantages of simple substitution of individual modules welding fixtures by database compatible with modules in 3D environment. Optimization and control of collision status is realized in simulation environment ABB Robot Studio.

Abstract: Determination of operational parameters of disintegrative machines and also other machines and devices is important in terms of effective management of the operation of machines, but also as an important indicator that can be used in the design process and dimensioning of machines and devices. Any operating parameters that we can measure and record during operation of the machine are significant help for understanding of processes which are taking place in the process and by this can be used for further improvement of structure and function of a machines or devices. The following article deals with the monitoring of operating parameters of disintegrative machine. It also describes the measurement methodology and evaluation of measured data.

Abstract: Over the years, the world of manufacturing has witnessed significant work in the area of Intelligent Manufacturing. Special efforts have been made in the implementation of new technologies, management and control systems, among many others which have all evolved the field. Closely following all this and due to the scope of new projects and the need of turning the existing flexible ideas into more autonomous and intelligent ones, i.e.: Intelligent Manufacturing, the present paper emerges with the main aim of contributing under a this new intelligent denomination to the design and analysis of the material flow in either systems, cells or workstations. For this, besides offering a conceptual basis in some of the key points to be taken into account and some general principles to consider in the design and analysis of the material flow, also some tips on how to define other possible alternative material flow scenarios and a classification of the states a system, cell or workstation are offered as well. All this is done with the intentions of relating it with the use of simulation tools, for which these have been briefly addressed with a special focus on the Witness simulation package. For a better comprehension, the previous elements are supported by a detailed layout, other figures and a few expressions which could help obtaining necessary data. Such data and others will be used in the future, when simulating the scenarios in the search of the best material flow configurations.

Abstract: The article deals with the issue of modularity as a tool for flexible and efficient production systems. When having closer look at implemented terms in production structures there emerges amount of terms used, such as: flexible, modular, modular manufacturing systems, which are often viewed from a subjective point of view. Due to efforts to standardize and clarify the terms referred above this paper brings definitions of flexible production structures terminology, their relationships and new idea for the efficient division.

Abstract: The paper presents experimental results and mathematical modeling aimed to describe complex machine aggregates working under dynamic conditions. From parameters obtained experimentally the generalized Kloss characteristics is derived for nominal operational speeds of 1,450 min-1, 1,000 min-1 and 750 min-1 under sinusoidal excitation. The steady-state motion is conveniently reinterpreted as an ellipse centered at the working point. Working point is given as the intersection of moment characteristics of the asynchronous motor with the loading characteristics of DC motor with separate excitation. The results of measurements show, that it is necessary to consider the linear dynamic characteristics especially for dynamic response computations near to the resonance.

Abstract: Laser cladding technology is creating layers with higher wear resistance in compared to conventional technologies of creating surfaces. The aim of this paper was the study of the composite clad properties of globular deposits WC. Required characteristics of certain surfaces can be achieved by a combination of more materials and coatings. Various metal powders can be applied alternately on surface and so to create a specific system layers.

Abstract: The machining of hardened surfaces can be done even fulfilling the ever stricter accuracy and quality prescriptions, besides the economic efficiency. Decisively, hard machining is highlightedly important in finish processes because the components must meet increased functional demands. Therefore the number and/or the hardness of the hard surfaces on the components is continuously increasing. In practice the demand for such components is high since they are more wear resistant and their tool life may be higher. Today there are several possibilities for finish machining of components having hard surfaces. We have done experiments for hard machining of inner cylindrical surfaces. The examined procedures were as follows: grinding, hard turning, combined machining. The first two procedures (hard turning, grinding) have got different procedure-specific advantages and disadvantages. Combining these two procedures, using-up the advantages of them, the efficiency of the production can be increased. This paper outlines these procedures of hard machining, their applicability, the increase of their efficiency, and the possibilities provided by the combination of the procedures.

Abstract: In paper are presented knowledge about types and properties of materials used for production of models using by rapid prototyping Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) method. In today used rapid prototyping technologies is used material in initial state as solid, liquid or powder material structure. In solid state are used various forms such as pellets, wire or laminates. Basic range materials include paper, nylon, wax, resins, metals and ceramics. In FDM rapid prototyping technology are mainly used as basic materials ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), polyamide, polycarbonate, polyethylene and polypropylene. For advanced FDM applications are used special materials as silicon nitrate, PZT (Piezoceramic Material - Lead Zirconate Titanate), aluminium oxide, hydroxypatite and stainless steel.
