Reciprocating Pump Bearing Fault Diagnosis System of Virtual Instrument Based on Probabilistic Neural Network

Abstract:

A system for reciprocating pump bearing fault diagnosis is developed based on virtual instrument development platform, PNN and fault diagnosis theory. Vibration signals from power end bearing of reciprocating pump are acquired, analyzed and diagnosis. Experiment result shows that this system is reliable operation and accurate diagnosis.
