By a text and a diagnostic analysis on the abnormal conditions of a increasing in operation, we made fairly accurate judgment of the failure in the equipment. The result has been found to be basically same with the actual situation. Meanwhile On the basis of the data measured many times, we also worked out the vibration diagnosis standards and the intelligent system for spotting common failure, which are not only appropriate for the equipment currently, but can be upgraded constantly. Both the conveniences have benefited the maintenance staff by their monitoring and checking the vibration state on the equipment and raised the working efficiency by their accurate assurance on the operating conditions
