Abstract: An open vehicle routing problem is studied. In this problem, multi-depot, heterogeneous-vehicle, fuel consumption and start-up costs of vehicles are considered, thus a genetic algorithm is given to solve this hard problem. In order to improve the performance of the genetic algorithm, a heuristic algorithm is provided to produce the initial population and participate in crossover. An example is given to illustrate the genetic algorithm.

Abstract: Web based knowledge management systems have opened new arrays in the present web based world. This paper proposed a web based knowledge management system (WBKMS) for university libraries that will support the creation, organization, storage, dissemination and utilization of the institutions digital knowledge assets. Existing web based knowledge management systems were surveyed and a model framework was developed keeping in view the prevailing loopholes in the present systems. This research will improve staff professionalism and will help in achieving coordination with other libraries and library users.

Abstract: The development of University of household registration management system involves the establishment and maintenance of the background database and the foreground dynamic WEB development.The household registration management system designed with ASP.NET, database using SQL SERVER.The system is developed with DREAMWEAVER and speed up the use of IIS server to the system's overall speed, the overall system using the framework of B/S structure,the household registration management system functions to the basic design of the modern household registration management of the practical application needs.

Abstract: The project is mainly to study the mobile terminal application of public interaction urban management process based on augmented reality ( AR ) technology. In the real three-dimensional interactive process, using the augmented reality technology , such as: image recognition, position location, object recognition and tracking technology. According to the tracking, positioning and calibration technology, we complete the detection of the position and orientation, and transmit data to the mobile terminal to enhance the augmented reality ( AR ) system. In this system the coordinates of tracked objects in the real world and the in the virtual world were unified to achieve seamless integration of the virtual world and the user environment , so that the reality and virtual information can achieve continuous interaction
