Abstract: The traditional financial risk warning model are all based on probability theory and statistical analysis, but the precisions of the results are usually not satisfied in practice. This paper studies the application of artificial neural network in corporate financial risk early-warning. It designs an early warning model of financial risk based on BP neural network. And then selects financial data from 30 enterprises as samples to train and test the network. The result indicates that the risk early warning model is very effective. It can solve some problems of the traditional early warning methods such as difficult to deal with highly non-linear and lack of adaptive capacity.

Abstract: RFID technology has many advantages and plays an important part in eliminating the inaccuracy of inventory information. This paper analyzed how manufacturers decided the raw material ordering quantity to maximize their profit when the price of raw materials was given through newsvendor model. Combined with the impact of putting raw materials wrongly and lost of raw materials, we compare the profits of not adopting RFID technology and that of adopting it. Then we obtain the biggest cost that manufacturer could undertake when adopting RFID, and the results can provide the foundation for the decision maker of manufacturing enterprise.

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for real-time monitoring of transmission line state in the construction of the smart grid, this paper adopt the transmission line condition monitoring system that is based on the Internet of Things technology, PON technology and the fuzzy expert diagnostic technology; with a large number of experiments and field pilots, we get ideal results. It can get real-time the state of the transmission line and make accurate judgments, which verify the accuracy and implementability of the system; This system has many advantages, such as comprehensive collection of information, stable network, high output accuracy, simple to deploy, and so on.

Abstract: To reduce the resource consumption in traditional software IPv6 Internet protocols based on embedded system, a data transmission hardware scenario of reduced IPv6 protocol with optimized cache structures based on the FPGA is designed using Verilog HDL. This scenario implements the function of the Transport Layer and the Network Layer on FPGA and uses the function of the Data Link Layer and the Physical Layer on the DM9000A chip, which can perform stateless auto-configuration, address resolution, echo response and UDP transmission. To improve the transmission efficiency, a low-resource-consumption and self-managed cache structure is designed to manage the Neighbor Cache, the Prefix Table and the Default Router Table. In the IPv6 network test, the design can configure itself and its data rate exceeds 28Mbps, which can realize real-time video stream, audio stream and other data transmission in Network of Things applications in IPv6 network.

Abstract: According to the specialty of fresh agricultural products, a delivery model was established. The model consists of single distribution center and multiple demand points. The integrated cost which consists of transport cost and time cost was taken as the optimization objective. It is used as weight in classic Dijkstra algorithm instead of distance. We also used a case study to illustrate saving method and classic Dijkstra algorithm with integrated cost. The comparison was conducted by calculating the integrated cost of optimal routes separately. Following the comparison, we draw a conclusion that in the field of fresh agricultural products distribution, classic Dijkstra algorithm which takes integrated cost as optimization objective is superior to the saving method in which distance is the optimization objective.

Abstract: This paper first expounds the concepts of E-Commerce logistics management, and analyzes the situations of China's E-Commerce logistics management; then, it analyzes the popular third-party logistics and logistics integrated logistics mode and the problems existed; finally, it introduces a new logistics mode---the fourth-party logistics, and discusses the thoughts of developing the fourth party logistics management mode in China under the environment of E-Commerce.

Abstract: This paper analyses the influence factors of the intercity railway station location selection. According to the actual situation of railway station, establish the grey correlation analysis model with the entropy method to evaluate the intercity railway station setting-up plan. Thus the deviation of evaluation results caused by the subjective factors can be avoided effectively. A numerical example and relative conclusions were given then to show that the intercity railway passenger station location problem can be solved by setting up the grey correlation analysis model which was combined with the entropy method and to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of the intercity railway station location selection.

Abstract: The internet of things is a foundation for connecting things, sensors, actuators, and other smart technologies, thus enabling person-to-object and object-to-object communications. Its applications are concerned to emergency response, intelligent shopping, smart product management, smart meters, home automation, waste management, sustainable urban environment, continuous care and so on. As automatic identification sensor, RFID is a foundational component for the internet of things. In this paper, internet of things, RFID and technical analysis for IoT and RFID are discussed.

Abstract: There are limited number of ports accessing to port areas directly so far,therefore,trucks need be used to accomplish the process of the transportation from the port to the container centeral station after container arriving the port.At the same time, the container handling stations's number is limited,the specialization is in low degree and the amount of container unit train stock is deficient,above all they are the principal factors contributed to the overstock of product on ports.Therefore, it should speed up the construction of the pilot station,especially the building of railway lines directly through the port connecting the loading and unloading lines and the main railway lines, achieve the itergration of crunodes and lines in crunode-line combination network. This paper illustrate the elements of railway-waterway intermodal transportation network with crunode-line combination and construct through transportation network rationalization model based on virtual network, in addition, discuss the importance of the enterprice alliance to the development of railway-waterway intermodal transportation.
