Abstract: Aiming to design an adaptive observer for one-sided Lipschitz nonlinear systems, the paper focuses on extensions to the restrictive nature of the Lipschitz continuity condition and the conservativeness of approaches proposed in the past. Main contributions include the following four aspects. Firstly, new sufficient conditions for the existence of observer and asymptotical stability are developed by using an LMI approach, which can be easily solved via standard numerical software. Then, the design scheme presented can cope with the situation where the one-sided Lipschitz constant is unknown, making the complexity of this algorithm reduced significantly compared to almost all existing results. Thirdly, we remove the constraint of quadratic inner-boundedness which is a limitation imposed extensively by the existing works. Finally, by integrating an adaptation law the conservativeness is dropped sharply, which makes the applicable systems larger. In the end, the effectiveness and less conservativeness of results are tested in a series of numerical examples.

Abstract: Adopt a fuzzy PID control algorithm in order to solve the control difficulty which caused by the uncertainty lag of temperature control in chemical reaction kettle. The algorithm is realized by utilizing PLC system function. The system takes full advantage of the features of PLC control system, such as flexibility, reliability, and strong capacity of resisting disturbance. Field application result shows that the system eliminates the impact of time-varying delay on control function well. It has good robustness.

Abstract: The Phase shifted Full-bridge Zero-voltage Zero-current-switching Pulse-Width Modulation (PS-FB-ZVZCS-PWM) converter is discussed in this paper and the PID neural network is used to be the dual loop controller of the system. The results of the simulation prove that the PID neural network double close loop system has achieved the nice control characteristics which are no overshoot, no static error, fast response, short transition time, good tracking performance.

Abstract: The distillation process analysis showed that there was significant coupling relationship between temperature control loops of distillation tower top and bottom. Therfore, a new dual-input dual-output fuzzy decoupling control method is put forward and simulation research on decoupling control qualities is made by using Simulink. This paper introduces the structure and implementation method in every link of this decoupling control system as well as simulation process. The results show that fuzzy decoupling control can improve the temperature control qualities of distillation tower top and bottom efficiently.

Abstract: In this paper, fuzzy logic control is applied to forecast the short-term traffic flow and traffic guidance. Because of the factors of time correlation and spatial correlation, we construct the short-term traffic flow forecasting model using fuzzy logic control that can handle non-linear plant behavior. In order to find a feasibility way of traffic flow prediction, we deal the combination of time correlation traffic value and space correlation traffic value as the input variables. Considering the real condition, we use triangular and trapezoid membership function to design the belongings relationship. Five fuzzy rules are applied in the control. Last, we use fuzzy logic toolbox to simulate the short term traffic flow forecasting basing on the fuzzy logic control. The system input/output curve result shows that this method can have a good performance for short-term traffic flow prediction.

Abstract: The paper establishes emergency recovery maneuver model of six degree of freedom and blowing ballast compartment model of high pressure air. Based on standard maneuver equation, considering the influence of large angle of attack to hydrodynamics coefficient, correct the standard equation through supplementing hydrodynamics items. Applying large and small angle of attack system to simulate and calculate state parameters, and find the occasion of large of attack, the influence of initialization velocity and depth to change of angle of attack. The results prove that large angle of attack system is significant to forecast the state parameters.

Abstract: After flooded compartment of submarine, whether or not success of emergency recovery lie on the size of crevasse, the depth and the speed of submarine, and the emergency recovery mode. The paper explains the method of making certain submarine safety limited area, and takes a submarine for example to establish maneuver safety boundary by a great deal numerical simulation under different emergency recovery mode. This will provide scientific theory guide to adopt emergency program for submarine manipulator when encounter submarine accident, and offer logical suggestions to set down a veracious recovery plan.

Abstract: In view of the fact that active power and reactive power have coupling relation, a novel vector decoupling control strategy is presented for three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier. In the paper, the power control mathematical mode of the PWM rectifier is deduced based on the mathematical model of rectifier in synchronous d-q rotating coordinates, and a new voltage feed forward decoupling compensation control strategy is proposed. The simulation results show that the voltage and current of the three-phase PWM rectifier have better respond preference, the current aberrance is smaller and the voltage is steady under the control strategy. The PWM rectifier can implement PWM commute with unity power factor, but also feed back the energy to AC side with unity power factor.

Abstract: In the process of new and expand airport, electromagnetic environment of navigation equipments in air traffic management are affected by more and more factors, especially ILS. For voiding to influence fly safety, and ensuring a nice electromagnetic environment, the electromagnetic environment of airport should be assessed by passive evaluation through clearance analysis, Fresnel area analysis and simulation analysis.

Abstract: More and more emphasis and attention is placed on mega events. Many enterprises are seizing the opportunities to participate as sponsor of games in order to improve their image. Contradictions that among people who wear ordinary size and those who is in special size has come out with reasons that most participator are athletes and student volunteers and there are also some disabled individuals who belong to other wear groups. The gist of this paper lies in the simulation experience in information system technology that embedded in the clothing of mega events would meet the needs of athletes and other participator. In this way, the supply capacity of clothes manufactories will be enhanced and the rate of spoiled products will be decreased.
