Abstract: An automobile power-train active mount system with a piezoelectric stack actuator is introduced. The influence caused by power-train to the body of the car is analyzed by means of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control, on which the simulating results are based. It turns out that this control scheme can restrain the influence better caused by power-train to the body of the car.

Abstract: The self-balanced two-wheel Cars are often devised in various competitions, and are involved in this direction in many large games. Based on the Freescal Semiconductor XS128 series single-chip microcomputer as the core controller, with the gyroscope and angle sensor to achieve two-wheel Car self-balance, the self-balanced two-wheel structure, the balance principle and the control algorithm are introduced emphatically, and the self-balanced two-wheel car is finally completed through repeated testing.

Abstract: Based on the research of the CAN/LIN bus communication protocol, an automobile lamps diagnostic system based on the CAN/LIN bus is designed. After the completion of the software and hardware designs of CAN nodes, LIN nodes and CAN/LIN nodes, the faults of automobile lamps can be successfully diagnosed. LIN node collects light switches and the gateway controls the car lights status via detecting the data frame on the LIN bus. The design and complementation of CAN node, LIN node and CAN/LIN gateway was finished, which made it possible to detect failures in vehicle.

Abstract: For the purpose of machining ultra-precision gear, its pitch accuracy reached grade 1, instead of traditional index plate used the end-tooth plate to reform the machine dividing system of Y7125 grinder so that its dividing precision will be improved (within3). The dividing accuracy of the modified machine tool is mainly decided by the dividing accuracy of the end-tooth plate under the state of freedom. It requires the dividing accuracy of end-tooth plate itself as a reference to calibrate the dividing accuracy of Y7125 grinder. Therefore, in the paper, a set of experiment equipments are designed to measure the dividing precision of the end-tooth plate under the state of freedom and parallel experiments are carried out. From researches, it is discovered that the maximum dividing error of this plate is 0.46 and the measurement uncertainty in experiment is ±0.03. This indicates that it meets the processing requirement of the ultra precision gear and the modification turns out to be true

Abstract: This paper presents the design of a new bi-directional DC-DC converter topology, which solves the problem that electric vehicle could not run consistently both in time and distance. This DC-DC converter topology has three ports, each of which can transmit electric power to another port independently, By adopting the suggested method, the running time of the electric vehicle can be extended. Moreover, the topology uses phase shift control, indicating that the IGBT can be achieved by soft-switching technology. It enables us to reduces the current stress and switching loss considerably. Finally, this paper uses Simulink module of Matlab to simulate the process, and shows the experimental result. And the result shows us the DC-DC converter has great efficiency.

Abstract: A MIMU/GPS integrated navigation system principle prototype is designed, and the structure of the system is introduced by different module. To handle the influence of Kalman filter parameters on system filtering performance (Including the system noise variance matrix Q and measurement noise covariance matrix R), adaptive estimation Kalman filter is designed. The test results show that satisfactory performance can be obtained using adaptive estimation techniques for the low-cost MIMU/GPS integrated navigation.

Abstract: Because the passive mount could not meet the requirements of vibration isolation and noise reduction for vehicle, the semi active mount and active mount were considered as the developing trend of reducing vibration and noise. An active vibration control system consists of a sensor and an actuator together with a control unit. The development of the systems is often limited by the chosen actuator technology. This article list the common engine vibration control system actuator, analyzing their respective performance summed up their role in the control of vibration and trends.

Abstract: Form grinding is one of the most efficient processes for finish machining of gear wheels. This paper investigates the method of system development for wheel modification of involute cylindrical gear based on SINUMERIK 840D system and its OEM development package. The control software developed for form grinding is applied to dress form grinding wheel by using the numerical control dresser, and normal projection is adopted as the method to calculate the sectional shape of grinding wheel. The friendly interface of control software, edited by Visual Basic was developed to meet needs of users. Finally, personalized interface and processing methods are integrated and embedded in Siemens CNC system through Dynamic Link Library to implement parameterized automatic processing, which is more efficient in programming and machining.

Abstract: This paper introduces the features of Simulink software and presents a method for the dynamic simulation of hydraulic proportional system by Simulink. It establishes a mathematical model for hydraulic proportional system based on four-way valve controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder. Based on the simulation model, the paper introduces how to use Simulink to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic proportional system, and then obtains the main parameters of the dynamic characteristics of the system. The simulation results show that Simulink is an effective way for the dynamic simulation of the hydraulic proportional system.

Abstract: In order to perform the bearing intelligent fault diagnosis,combined improved EEMD with SVM respectively applied to the binary classification identification of bearing normal and ball fault, normal and inner circle fault,normal and outer ring fault in this paper.Improve EEMD decomposed 9d normalized energy for characteristic vector,the SVM binary classification and recognition of bearings normal and ball fault, normal and inner circle fault, normal and outer ring fault is researched.Compared to the SVM classification accuracy using different kernel functions that is linear kernel function, polynomial kernel function, RBF kernel function and Sigmoid kernel function.In the same parameters,SVM classification accuracy based on linear kernel function and polynomial kernel function is a hundred percent.Bearing normal and ball fault,normal and inner circle fault,normal and outer ring fault is completely correct apart.And there are the classification errors based on RBF kernel function and Sigmoid kernel functions.
