Abstract: This paper has set up the dynamic model of the electro-magnetic gear and deduced the transfer function which the input is electric current and the output is torque, and designed the neural network PID controller in the electro-magnetic gears control system according to the principle of the electro-magnetic gear transmission system, which has been simulated dynamically under MATLAB environment. The result shows that design method can adjust changes in real-time basis according to the input electric current, which improves the dynamic features greatly and achieves steady output of the system.

Abstract: This paper explain a new online Turbidimeter to measure sewage suspended solids based on light scattering principle. This Photosensitive Turbidimeter has the advantages of high accuracy, high stability, low power consumption and so on. It can meets the current national health standards and grassroots laboratorys detecting the turbidity of water samples and satisfies user requirements.

Abstract: A system for locating the focus surface position of aerial cameras is designed, and the working principle, hardware composition and software design of the system are described. In the system, a collimator is used for producing locating information, and CCD camera is used as a photoelectric converter for receiving the images. The data is processed by center of gravity method, and the converter controls the translation of the camera in axial direction precisely. The focus surface was determined by size of the collected images. Defocusing or not is judged based on the distance between the actual image location and focal plane. Tests to a couple of aerial cameras show that the defocusing judgment result is the same as the flight test result. Therefore, the system can be used to judge whether the aerial camera is defocusing, and thus to judge whether it can work normally or not.

Abstract: A dike risk model experiment is introduced in this paper. Researchers use a 3D laser scanner to scan the dike model before and after a simulated flood event and calculate the volume of the erosional fossa. The scan work includes four scan stations located at different places surrounding the dike model. The four point clouds are merged together by ICP (singular value decomposition) and SVD (singular value decomposition) algorithm to create a complete, thorough and detailed virtual 3D model of the experiment dike. Researchers can do kinds survey and calculate work based on the 3D model instead of working on the real dike. The work efficient and data quality are increased significantly.

Abstract: In this paper, the main factors influencing the reliability of submarine optical fiber cables (SOFC) are analyzed, and the significance of the research on real-time monitoring technology of SOFC is illuminated. Also, the principle of distributed double Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) interference vibration sensing system is discussed. Then, the feasibility of the system applied in pre-warning and fault location of SOFC is verified. In view of the main problems of the optical fiber vibration sensing system, two optimization schemes are presented in this paper to improve the performance of the system.

Abstract: This paper first analyses the requirements of submarine optical fiber cable (SOFC) maintenance detection, then analyses the principle of the existing maintenance detection technology and these limitations briefly. On the basis of this, introduces SOFC detection system by synthetic aperture sonar (SAS) which is produced by Army research center of SOFC technology, and puts forward a new type of SOFC detection systeminterferometric synthetic aperture sonar (InSAS) detection system, analyzes its feasibility and advantage for detecting SOFC, and points out existing problems and future research direction.

Abstract: This paper introduces the technological status and development trends of LED intelligent lighting remote control system. Firstly, we put forward four requirements of LED lighting remote control technology. Then, two modes of LED lighting remote control system are discussedwired control and wireless control, which are generally used. We also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies such as the power line communication technology, RS-485 technology, ZigBee technology, GPRS technology. Finally, we introduce the two development trends of LED lighting remote control system in the future.

Abstract: To overcome shortcomings of traditional methods for detecting the embankment internal deformation, this paper puts forward the distributed optical fiber sensing technique to detect the embankment inner deep deformation. The method according to the optical fiber sensing mechanism, with Swiss Omnisens company produces the DiTeSt-202 strain/temperature optical fiber sensing analyzer, makes the cable arrangement, builds the monitoring program for the embankment deep deformation and real-time monitors the embankment, and uses Matlab to process and analysis data. The experimental results show that the feasibility of this scheme, guides the engineering practice.

Abstract: Cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) material is one of the preferred materials for the fabrication of X-ray and gamma-ray detector. In this paper, it is presented an experimental detector system based on pixellated CZT semiconductor detector. At the same time, some research and design on the surface signal-readout method and the preamplifier circuitry is made. The signal coming from the CdZnTe material exposed to the radiation through the experiment is successfully required. The collection-efficiency between the electron and the hole in the anode is test when the different bias is applied in the pixellated CZT semiconductor detector. The parameter of the CZT detector and validate the responsive effect for the radiation is evaluated.The experiments and evaluation basis for the development of subsequent gamma spectrometer.

Abstract: The research on design of data fusion with safety credibility is a hot problem in wireless sensor networks. This paper presents a design of wireless sensor data fusion based on reputation, through the combination of data sensing and data fusion detection, it complete the data fusion algorithm and carries out the simulation test to verify the validity of this research.
