Abstract: When the Hessian matrix is not positive, the Newton direction maybe not the descending direction. A new method named eigenvalue decomposition based modified Newton algorithm is presented, which first takes eigenvalue decomposition on the Hessian matrix, then replaces the negative eigenvalues with their absolutely values, finally reconstruct Hessian matrix and modify searching direction. The new searching direction is always the descending direction, and the convergence of the algorithm is proved and conclusion on convergence rate is presented qualitatively. At last, a numerical experiment is given for comparing the convergence domains of modified algorithm and classical algorithm.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitations of traditional reliability analysis theory in multi-state system, a method for reliability modeling and assessment of a multi-state system based on Bayesian Network (BN) is proposed with the advantages of uncertain reasoning and describing multi-state of event. Through the case of cell production line system, in this paper we will discuss how to establish and construct a multi-state system model based on Bayesian network, and how to apply the prior probability and posterior probability to do the bidirectional inference analysis, and directly calculate the reliability indices of the system by means of prior probability and Conditional Probability Table (CPT) . Thereby we can do the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the multi-state system reliability, identify the weak links of the system, and achieve assessment of system reliability.

Abstract: We considered a kind of singular integral equation with Hilbert kernel on closed contours. By using the method of complex functions, we obtain the extended Plemelj Formula with Hilbert kernel, and based on this, we obtained the related conditions of solvability and the general solution for the characteristic singular integral equation with Hilbert kernel on closed contours.

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of noise signals reconstruction method, an algorithm of adaptive dual gradient projection for sparse reconstruction of compressed sensing theory is proposed. In ADGPSR algorithm, the pursuit direction is updated in two conjudate directions, the better original signals estimated value is computed by conjudate coefficient. Thus the reconstruction quality is improved. Experiment results show that, compared with the GPSR algorithm, the ADGPSR algorithm improves the signals reconstruction accuracy, improves PSNR of reconstruction signals, and exhibits higher robustness under different noise intensities.

In this paper, a novel model-based method for automatic generation of FMEA is presented, which is hopeful to overcome the shortages of exit automatic generation methods. Abstract: In this paper, an improved feature selection algorithm by conditional mutual information with Parzen window was proposed, which adopted conditional mutual information as an evaluation criterion of feature selection in order to overcome the deficiency of feature redundant and used Parzen window to estimate the probability density functions and calculate the conditional mutual information of continuous variables, in such a way as to achieve feature selection for continuous data.

Abstract: This paper starts from the prospective of data processing and use of information, analysis the meaning and realistic background of processing integrated data by using Data Fusion technology. On the basis of a clear basic idea and principle theory of Data Fusion, studies and discusses its hierarchical levels from three aspects. A relatively comprehensive description of Data Fusion process is given in the paper. Incorporate with the description of the basic principles and ideas of Bayes estimation algorithm, identifies the limitation of Bayes estimation algorithm. The practical significance of Data Fusion technology in dealing with information uncertainty and incompleteness are summarized.

Abstract: This paper describes the study of topics on microblog based on specific events. First, we use a famous topic model LDA to extract topics from microblog about events. Then, we propose three indexes: Attention Factor (AF), Evolution Factor (EF) to see the performance of microblog topics and Diversity Factor (DF) to calculate the divergence of topics from microblog and news reports. Finally, we choose corpuses for four events to study. The experiments show that, on specific events: 1) There are more critical topics, while factual topics less, and both of them get close AFs. 2) Critical topics last long on microblog and have lower EFs, which means their contents vary little, but factual topics last intermittently and their contents vary greatly. 3) To compare with the same events from news reports, critical topics use totally different words, but factual topics use close words.
