Abstract: Taking the Hedong District, Shandong Province as the example, based on the development situation of Hedong District, land change survey results database, the latest related data through field investigation, GIS and statistical software, the author chose natural environment factors and social economy factors, used the grading method to divide the farmland qulity grade after defining the weight and value of the factors. The results show that the national natural qulity grade of the farmland in Hedong District was diveded into the sixth grade to the eighth grade, the national practical grade was diveded into the sixth grade to the tenth grade, and the national economic grade was diveded into the ninth grade to the eleventh grade. It is proved that the grading results basically consistent with the actual situation and the method for farmland grading is efficient and reasonable. Therefore, it can provide reference for county farmland qulity grading.

Abstract: Spatio-temporal change of land use and land cover from 1985 to 2005 in Chao River Basin, the important water source to Miyun Reservoir, was analyzed based on GIS technology. The results showed that woodland was the main land cover type in the basin, and then the arable land and grassland. During 1985-2005, the area of woodland increased, while the area of grassland greatly reduced. Changes of land use and land cover were more violent from 1985 to 1995 than that from 1995 to 2005. There were obvious regional differences in land use change in the basin. The conversion from grassland to woodland was the dominant process of LUCC in the basin, and this was relevant to the national ecological construction policies on water resources conservation.

Abstract: The natural zoning for highway cannot accurately reflect the relationship between the natural geographical factors and the highway engineering. The main reasons: study lacked basic data; spatial data analysis technique fell behind; index analysis mainly relied on the subjective experience; it was difficult to fully promote the application of the zoning results. The establishment of Geographic Information System of Natural Zoning for Highway (HZ-GIS) provides the powerful tools for the research work of highway zoning: realizes the seamless integration of GIS function platform and spatial database through spatial data engine, improves the storage and utilization efficiency of spatial data; carries on the quantitative analysis of zoning indices with the intelligent model running pool; establishes the zoning results release system based on Web Service, and realizes the network distribution of zoning results.

Abstract: The main topic of this article is the architecture modeling data which is involved in 3D GIS. The constructing platform of modeling data is also discussed. Then, it makes comparison and analysis between these platforms. Comparing to other platforms, SketchUp has lots of advantages, such as easy to operate, good for effect, saving storage space and cross-platform. So it has been used for feature modeling in 3D-GIS area, and it can satisfy the demand of this domain. At last, combining with the practical engineering, the article discusses the modeling method using the SketchUp software. The results are desired, and the method is worth to extend.

Abstract: With the widespread use of personal mobile communications location-aware devices, a large amount of data of trajectory produced and can be used in information services. These huge amounts of data involves the pattern of human behavior information and cause numerous researchers' research interests. As is known,the key to travel information mining from the trajectory data is the stay point recognition and semantic annotation.Overcoming the shortcomings on adaptability and resistance to noise exists in existed stay points identification methods, and also combined with the basic characteristics of the taxi GPS data,We proposed a way with an parameter optimization stratage to get the stay points from a single trajectory and the figure shows it really works well, with high precision and strong adaptability on the recall ratio and precision ratio.And then,based on this significant achievements,we applies a refined clustering method based on the clustering radius and frequency parameters and get the POI results.

Abstract: In order to improve utilization of traffic information, this paper introduces the construction of urban traffic information service system based on SuperMap iServer for Java. Overall structure of urban traffic information service system is designed. The system uses the remote sensing image and electronic map of Jinan as basic data and implement functions including route guidance, parking guidance, real-time traffic information and statistical analysis. The system makes advantage of the superiority of Ajax in asynchronous transmission which enhances the user's browsing experience. Efficiency of traffic flow guidance and traffic management decisions increases by the system, which greatly facilitates the daily activities of city residents. Applications show that the system is a beneficial exploration of intelligent transportation with strong practicality and versatility.

Abstract: To meet requirements of fast and accurate image retrieve, this paper present a new method to retrieve image based on shape feature. Firstly, the technique pre-processes the image and extracts the foreground object using multi-threshold image segmentation based on color feature. In division process, threshold value can be gotten by the quick sort made used of characteristics of the background and the target pixels difference in order to avoid massive computing of other algorithms. Secondly, contour tracking method is used to obtain the contour feature which described by Fourier descriptor. Finally, similarity is measured by Euclid distance measurement. In order to verify the effectiveness of the technique, a framework for image retrieve is constructed based on shape. The result of the experiment shows that the technique is effective for image retrieve based on shape.

Abstract: The numerical wave flume was established for simulating the impact effects of regular waves on horizontal plate by adopting the method of Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH).The impact process of regular waves on horizontal plate was analyzed, and the impact pressure-time curves were gotten using a new estimation method. The comparison of numerical results and experimental results shows that the new estimation method can predict the peak impact pressure more accurately.

Abstract: BP artificial neural network(ANN) based on gradient algorithm method is widely applied, but because the error surface of object function is very complex and the choose of initial value effects network training results, convergence rate is slow and local minimum is likely to fall into. Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm has better global searching ability to get rid the puzzles of falling into local minimum. By adequately studying on the two algorithms’ characteristics, a new type of combined ANN training method is put forward, and PSO-BP ann model is successfully built.
