Study on the Innovation Strategy of China's Logistics Industry

Abstract:

With the national emphasis on the logistics industry, logistics industry as an emerging service sector in the national economy is developing rapidly.China's logistics industry has an important means of rapid development. This article analyzes the basis of current situation of China's logistics industry, given the major problems affecting the logistics industry in innovation and problem-oriented logistics industry in the management philosophy, management, organization, management techniques, management methods, development strategy, talent training and service innovation strategy.
