Abstract: Discussed the use and application prospects of the solar simulator, we design a complete solar simulator experiment platform, the simulator contain the optical system, air-cooled system, the mechanical structure and control system. The significance of this paper is to propose a new method for the design of the steady-state solar simulator, which is able to complete a seamless connection with a lot of laboratory equipment and has played an active meaning for the development of the application of solar energy industry .

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of easy tensile deformation of PET film in production process of the energy-saving windows film, the paper presents control requirements of constant tension, constant line speed during the winding and unwinding. Firstly, the article gives a brief analysis of the tension cause and dynamics equation, and then establishes a mathematical model of the process of unwinding. Finally, starting from the model, the paper designed a control scheme to meet the constant tension, constant line speed using PLC and inverter technology. The field operation proves that the control system has achieved the expected effect of the control.Key words: Energy-saving Windows Film;Tension Control;PLC;inverter technology

Abstract: Compared with abroad, the energy demand of civil building in china is much higher than that in abroad. In order to solve this problem, some energy-saving technologies on envelope parts of building were brought in this paper, and one application example with this technology was introduced. It verified that the energy saving technology on envelope parts of building had some extent results.

Abstract: Nowadays, greenhouse effect and energy shortage are becoming more and more fiercely, the development of the green building is the necessary choice to building sustainable development. Building energy efficiency is one of the most important parts of green building, and the draft of Assessment standard for green building puts forward clear requirements for decreasing energy consumption just by improving the thermal performance of the envelop to get more score for declaring the green building label project. In view of the scale extending of the green building label project in the future, the paper studied on the energy efficiency design of the residential envelop in Guangzhou by investigation and simulation to achieve the decreasing ranges of energy consumption more than 10% of building energy efficiency standard value, and provided a technical measures for the energy efficiency ratio 60% just by improving the thermal performance of the envelop.

Abstract: As society advances, green building has become a fundamental issue. According to the green building system to determine the effect index system of energy saving on the construction site.Using the basic theory of the unascertained function, the unascertained model was constructed to evaluate energy conservation in construction process. The target of this method is minimum energy consumption in the whole system of construction. Through using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, to quantify the qualitative indicators in the evaluation of energy saving, and make quantitative analysis and energysaving evaluation. Example analysis shows that the evaluation results can be more objective and comprehensive to reflect energysaving condition of the construction enterprises during the process of construction management.

Abstract: This paper briefly analyzes the structure and conservation approaches of building energy consumption, analyzes the forming reason and influence factors of heating and air-conditioning energy consumption and proposes the passive energy conservation designing strategies of low energy consumption building. Through the passive methods of building design, envelop enclosure and planning landscape, the goal of last year building low energy conservation can be achieved.

Abstract: With the rapid development of national economy in china, the proportion of the building consumption in energy consumption is rising year by year. This paper will analyze energy influence factors of consumption of residential building in Inner Mongolia. According to these factors, it will optimize the energy consumption of residential building energy saving research . In the end , the thesis will put up some measures to optimization of conserve energy and provide guidance and help for residential building energy conservation in Inner Mongolia.

Abstract: In order to maximize the output power of PV cells, an improved maximum power point tracking method has been proposed in this paper. The approach is a combination of Lagrange polynomial interpolation with perturb and observe (P&O) method. The MPPT method based on output characteristic curve can be rapidly stabilization of operating point in the approximate region near the maximum power point which shortened the response time. A comparison study between the classical P&O method and the improved method is done in order to validate the new MPPT method. The results showed that the oscillations around the MPP for improved method are almost eliminated, and the efficiency of the improved method is an average of 90.4% compared to 66.8% of the classical P&O method.

Abstract: Energy-saving service industry becomes a new force suddenly rises, and will be the largest energy-saving industry in the world. Tangshan City, adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin, is a typical resource-based city. Because its industrial structure is based on iron and steel, petrochemical and other resources, while energy-consuming structure based mainly on coal, that made Tangshan become one of China's high energy-consuming cities. In 2011 the city's total energy consumption was 95.5282 million tons of standard coal, accounting for 32.4% of Hebei province's energy consumption, and 2.7% of the whole state's respectively, while Tangshan City's GDP accounting for 22.5% of Hebei province and 1.2% of the nation.The huge energy consumption promotes vigorous development of energy-saving industry.The scale of Tangshan's energy service industry increases rapidly currently, for example, the output value of energy service industry in 2009 reached 32 billion RMB, and then its scale is continues to expand, and EPC(Energy Performance Contracting) is implemented gradually. However, it also shows a lot of problems, such as samll amount of energy-saving enterprises, lack of core competitive companies, shortage of funds, financing difficulties, lack of leading enterprises, irrational personnel structure, and the market system has not formed yet. If Tangshan's energy-saving services industry wants to achieve a good development, it must concentrate on that the publicity of industrial policy, creating a favorable environment for its development, speeding up development and applications of energy-saving technology, establishing industrial norms, strengthening self-discipline, innovating financial system, improve the financing environment, establishing credit publicity system, and promoting construction of industrial credit system.

Abstract: In this paper, solar thermal technologies utilized in building sectors in China is assessed. For solar thermal technologies, the main reason causes low utilized is high capital cost. In this study, some works have done to assess solar thermal technologies utilized in building sectors in China from the technology and economic aspects.
