Abstract: Through calculation on the variation of deformation of land parcel of Fushun mining group headquarters on different exploitation conditions of west open-pit mine, the stability of land parcel of Fushun mining group headquarters has been analyzed. The analyzed results show that when the slope has been excavated to line D and the exploitation is on N1200, the influence for the stability of land parcel is smaller, but when the exploitation is on N1600, because of the concentrated distribution of displacement and obviously enlargement of the scope of plastic zone on the area between the fault F1 and F1A, the stability of land parcel has been changed obviously. At the aim of the security of land parcel of Fushun mining group headquarters, the excavation of slope should not be more than line D and the exploitation of coal stratum should not be more than N1200. The achieved results can provide a research foundation for a reasonable and orderly exploitation for Fushun west open-pit mine.

Abstract: supporting structure parameters optimization is always a research focus in soft rock tunnel. Combined with Youfangping tunnel in Guzhu highway, the scheme of long anchor supporting has been provided. Usually the length of systematic anchor was determined according to experience, it often not reasonable. In order to determine the length of anchor, in-situ wave velocity test and theoretical calculation was used, and with the consideration of safety and economy, the length of anchor was determined as 4.5m finally; At the same time combined with in-situ monitoring measurement, two test sections was selected, and with the comparison of the designed supporting scheme and the original strong supporting scheme, it can be found that: no matter from the sight of surrounding rock deformation, stress applied on surrounding rock or force pattern of supporting structure, the supporting form by lengthening anchor can control surrounding rock deformation more effectively, can improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock fully and improve the effect of supporting structure. And the supporting scheme of long anchor was more reasonable than the strong supporting scheme. This long anchor supporting scheme can provided new thought to supporting design of soft rock tunnel in Guzhu highway.

Abstract: The method to analysis the applicability of Rouse equation in Jiangsu coastal engineering is presented in this paper. The hydrological and sediment data in northern Jiangsu coastal area in August 2006 were adopted. Figure of sediment concentration changing with the relative water depth were made and analyzed. The result shows that the vertical profile of sediment concentration is similar with that under the conditions of equilibrium sediment transport in two-dimensional constant flow (exponential distribution). It can be concluded that the Rouse equation can be applied in the northern Jiangsu coastal engineering. In addition, the Rouse number and settling velocity are calculated in this paper.

Abstract: Shocking is an importment problems in engineering. This paper uses energy conservation principle for taking the moments at which shocking body touchs just the beam and maxmum displacement of the beam to two calculating points to deduce the dynamic displacement formula of the simply-supported beam, and then studies the influence for the mass desity of uniform mass beam and the distance form shocking body to uniform mass beam on the deflection in the middle of span on the beam.

Abstract: The mechanism failure of massive perilous rock should consider the interaction among perilous rock masses. Study on the stability of adjacent perilous rock from the excitation wave, which is produced by the perilous rock mass at the collapse instantaneousness, has important significance. Focusing on the falling-type perilous rock, physical model of perilous rock with excitation wave is considered and the stress characteristics for the excitation wave of perilous rock avalanche on dominant fissure with normal incidence is analyzed. Based on the fracture mechanics, a method to calculate the combined stress intensity factors of dominant fissure under falling excitation action of perilous rock is established. As the instance results showed, two cites of nature and rainfall, the stability coefficient are both reduce, specially in the horizontal, stability coefficient reduced by about 10% respectively, while in vertical about 2%. The results provided some scientific progresses disasters prevention and mitigation of perilous rock.

Abstract: Radial sand ridges area is located in south Yellow Sea, China, which is a valuable area for tidal flat reclamation and port construction. To rationally develop and protect this resource, the spatial distribution of tidal current velocity, grain size and suspended sediment concentration was studied based on measured data in August 2006. Result shows that the velocity in study area has a decreasing tendency with the Tiaozini water area being centered towards surrounding areas. The grain sizes near shore are smaller than ones offshore. At the same time ,the spatial distribution of grain size appears Λ pattern from north to south. The high value of mean sediment concentration appears in near shore area as well as the center of radial sand ridges.

Abstract: The ground motion is multidimensional, random and uncertain in directions when earthquakes occur, so dynamic response under oblique seismic action needs to be considered in the structure design. A frame structure with different stiffness in two horizontal directions was analyzed under seismic action with different input angles. The maximum response of beams and columns was obtained. The seismic mechanism of structures under oblique seismic action was discussed.

Abstract: Xi-ge-da strata is widespread in Pan-xi region, the physical-mechanical properties of which is specila compared with general soil. The study of reinforcement in Xi-ge-da strata possesses applicable value in engineering. The result and change law of c and φ of Xi-ge-da strata with Synthetic fiber has been obtained by three-axial compression test. It is founded that the result of c and φ has risen by 35.9% and 33.8% respectively compared to the one without Synthetic fiber. It provides basis data for the use of reinforcement in Xi-ge-da strata.

Abstract: The vehicle load stresses of the cement concrete pavement structure with/without flexible functional layer were contrastively analyzed by numerical simulation with using ANSYS software. The results showed that the load stress of the cement concrete pavement structure with flexible functional layer was much lower than that without flexible functional layer under the vehicle load. Consequently, the force condition of the pavement structure was effectively improved by the flexible functional layer.
