Abstract: Precision irrigation is an important subsystem of precision agriculture, which is helpful to improve the water utilization of agricultural irrigation, so as to achieve the purpose of water conservation. For the issues of crop water shortage information timely and accurately, it designed and implemented a water shortage information detection system in the growth of crop based on canopy temperature and environmental factors. The system used the STM32 processor as the core, configured a variety of sensors, acquired and processed crop canopy temperature and various kinds of crops micro-environment information, obtained crop water shortage information through crop water stress index (CWSI), so as to guide the agricultural irrigation. The test proves that the system is working in good condition, can be effective for data acquisition and processing, so as to achieve the design requirements.

Abstract: Fluorescence immunoassay technology is widely recognized as the most sensitive detection technology, now widely used in clinical testing. The research of quantitative analyzer for fluorescence immune chromatography strips is of great significance. In this thesis, a quantitative analyzer for fluorescence immune chromatography strips has realized, based on photoelectric detection principle and immunochromatographic. The system uses LPC1788 and MSP430 as processors. Using some algorithms such as low-pass filtering, least square method and area method to analyze the detected waveform and eliminate noise with high accuracy. In our experiment, the minimum detection concentration is at several mIU/ml levels, the relative standard deviation is less than 2% and it has good linear response characteristics in a concentration range from 0.5125 to 952mIU/ml while the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.981. The instrument has a good prospect.

Abstract: Dielectric properties of rat blood is measured in frequency range of 10kHz-10MHz during its coagulation process, excluding the impaction factor of temperature via measuring at 37±2°C, the results reflect the changes of relative permittivity of rat blood after it leaves the body to half an hour. Experimental results show that dielectric properties of rat blood in the coagulation process show very different characteristics in different frequencies, mechanisms of our measurements are also analyzed theoretically. The findings should provide valuable information of biochemical reaction within blood during the process of coagulation, and also provide insight into assessment of electromagnetic field exposure for human body.

Abstract: In the actual complex scenes, multi-feature fusion has become a valid method of object representation for tracking video motion targets. Two keys about multi-feature fusion are how to select some valid features and how to fuse the features. In this paper, we propose an object representation fusing global and local features for object tracking. In our method, we select a common hue histogram as the global feature and use a valid SIFT feature as the local feature. In the tracking frame of particle filter, the tracking results show that our proposed object representation can better restrain the disturbing of complex environments with abrupt illumination and partial occlusion, than color-based global representation.

Abstract: According to knowledge sharing&reusing problem and system extensibility&portability problem in meteorological and hydrological support, the knowledge concepts, attributes, instances, hierarchy and relationships were clarified; the ontological knowledge base was established by OWL ontology language and SWRL rule language. With the help of Racer, Protégé, Jess, and class positioning algorithm, class testing algorithm, rule testing algorithm, the meteorological and hydrological support prototype system was implemented by Eclipse, ProtegeInEclipse plug-in and Jena. The system includes the server, the client and the processing controller. It provides artificial intelligence techniques means for knowledge maintenance and usage in meteorological and hydrological field.

Abstract: In many cities, large trucks cant be used to delivery in the urban district, but in the suburbs all kinds of vehicles can be used. To solve the problem, this paper establishes the optimization model and designs a solving method using a genetic algorithm (GA), taking Zigong tobacco distribution center for example. Comparing with the data calculated by empirical distribution route, the results show that the total distance declines 155.47 km, the number of different type vehicles reduces 1-2 and the average load rate increased by 68.3% to 85.1%.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel framework as a combination of Probability Collectives (PC) and Collaborative Optimization (CO) is proposed and detailed illustrated. The framework has a two-level structure which is similar to that of CO, but with the system level replaced by distributed PC based agents. This formulation maintains the advantage of CO while enhances the optimization and coordination ability at the system level. For better implementation, some adaption and improvement has been made to the origin PC method. The resultant PCCO framework shows satisfied performance in handling complex optimization problems with both efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: To deal with uncertain dynamic interferences occurred in the workshop, and meet the competition requirements of jobs submitted by different customers, a dynamic job-shop scheduling model based on game theory is presented. In order to find the Nash equilibrium point of the model effectively, dynamic rescheduling judgment based on event-driven policy is adopted, and a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed. The case study is carried out to demonstrate the validity of above dynamic job-shop scheduling methods.
