Abstract: Diversification can help enterprises to achieve synergies so as to enhance business performance. This article attempts to study this question from the viewpoint of parental control. The interaction effects among corporate diversification and the parental control tested through data obtained by questionnaires to 87 Corporations. The study foundt: companies with diversification strategy adopting official control over their subsidiary will reduce the overall corporate performance. However, the interactive effects between the degree of parental control and diversification are not significant.

Abstract: Demand response has great significance to the optimal adjustment of the electricity load curve, and also reduces difference between grid peak and valley load. But the promotion and implementation of demand response in China faces many aspects of problems such as electricity price control, power grid electricity sales profit mechanism and so on. Based on interpreting the classic electricity demand response theory, we consider the actual situation of China's electric power system and take a balance consideration of the interests of the government, power generation, power grid companies and electricity users, to give a new interpretation of the concept of demand response, which enriches technology means and economic means of demand response. Besides the leading role and main roles of implementation, we introduce the role of the initiator, and put forward the implementation of demand response project design and automated implementation system. Abstract: This paper countered with the problem of the trackless rubber tire vehicle transport traffic jam in coal mines auxiliary transportation system at present, based on the transport characteristic of the trackless rubber tire vehicle and different transport roadway underground, putting forward the planning and research method of the trackless rubber tire vehicle transport line in the coal mine. The research has very important practical significance to realize reasonable scheduling of the trackless rubber tire vehicle underground the coal mine.

Abstract: The estimation of the mineral resources area (target area) number is an important part of mathematical geology. Total resource depends not only on the scale of the single target mineralization but is also proportional to the number of target area. In this paper, the target area quantitative algorithm was studied based on the domestic and abroad opinions. The Petersen capture model and Poisson model were introduced into the estimation of resource maternal capacity. In order to meet the requirements of the two models, sampling plan were re-designed and improved. Take 1/200,000 gold mines and metal (Cu, Ag, Pb, Zn) mineral resources prediction in Hebei Province as an example, two practical estimation models of the resource maternal capacity were established. Calculation shows that the results of Petersen capture model and Poisson model were similar and can be as an effective predictor of district resource capacity. Therefore, the bottleneck of regional resource total forecasting calculation method is solved.

Abstract: The new generation of information and communication technology is booming, which creates a broad stage for mobile learning. The advantage of mobile learning is to meet the special needs of the citizens to learn a foreign language. At first, this paper analyzes the situation which the city international language environment construction is facing, then defines the connotation of a new generation of information communication technology, business and mobile learning, and points out that mobile learning is suitable for the city international language environment construction. It finally analyzes several mobile learning models which are based on the new generation of information communication technologies.
