Abstract: The purpose of this work was to explore the application of microwaves for the regeneration of activated carbon fibers saturated with ethanol under vacuum condition. The efficacy of the regeneration was analyzed by the rate of desorption and mass loss. When the microwave power was 680W , the dosage of activated carbon fiber was 3.5g , the degree of vacuum is 0.05MPa and the microwave irradiation time was 180s, the desorption rate was up to 95.3% and the outlet concentration of ethanol was 97.5%. The adsorption of activated carbon fiber after microwave regeneration for many times was larger than the fresh activated carbon fiber. And the rate of total mass loss was 3.54%.

When the microwave power was 528W , the dosage of activated carbon fiber was 3.0g , the nitrogen gas flow rate was 1.4m3/h and the microwave irradiation time was 180s, the desorption rate was up to 90.2% and the outlet concentration of ethanol was 95.6%. The adsorption of activated carbon fiber after microwave regeneration for many times was larger than the fresh activated carbon fiber. And the rate of total mass loss was 4.74%.

Abstract: Pyrite was used to study the electro-generation both the sterile dual battery system and the microbe fuel cell for pyrite-MnO2 in this paper. The Relationship between potential, work output, and current for pyrite in presence of A. ferrooxidans and sterile, showed that the electro-generation trend enhanced in the presence of A. ferrooxidans for pyrite. The Evans graph for pyrite in presence of A. ferrooxidans and sterile showed that with the increase of current, the output potential decreased. The dissolved metal ion in the presence of A. ferrooxidans is nearly 12% higher than that in the absence of A. ferrooxidans; the electro-generative quantity in the former is about 166% more than that in the latter; the transferred charge due to the bacteria is more than that of sterile dual battery process in the last stage of microbe fuel cell.

Abstract: Dieless drawing, as a flexible metal forming method, could form pipes with arbitrary variable section. In order to control the shape and dimensions accurately, based on the analysis of deformation mechanism of arbitrary variable section pipes via dieless drawing process, the calculation method of dieless drawing speed during pipe forming is proposed theoretically,Furthermore, mathematical model of dieless drawing speed control is established by using piecewise polynomial to approach continuous speed curve. The study provide the basis for the dieless drawing speed microcomputer control system. The results of experimental investigation showed that the mathematical model indicates variation of dieless drawing speed quite well, and it is available to schedule the speeds for arbitrary variable section pipes dieless drawing.

Abstract: High volume fraction SiCp/Al is a new kind of composite materials, with broad application prospect in the aerospace, automobile manufacturing and other fields, and gradually become the key materials in the field of high technology. But with its internal high hardness material (SiC) content increases and the material removal mechanism is not very clear, general machining is more difficult and seriously hinders the development of the material. With the advantages of high material removal rate, effectively processing all kinds of complicated curved surface, especially, in the thin-walled parts processing, milling occupies an absolute advantage. In order to solve the processing problems of high volume fraction SiCp/Al composites, basing on the theory of ultrasonic and brittle material removal. PCD milling experiment of SiCp/Al was carried out with homemade ultrasonic milling system under the condition of ultrasonic vertical vibration, the material removal mechanism was studied, the 2d and 3d model of surface formation was established, finally, microscopic structure on the surface of the workpiece was analyzed by metallographic microscope and electron microscope. Research results show that: SiC particle removal form can be divided into type of cut, pulled, pressed and crack penetration; under the condition of ultrasonic, probability of SiC particles cut type increased, this forms better surface smoothness; due to tool and chip separation characteristics and the ultrasonic impact effect on material, the removal mechanism of SiCp/Al is close to the plastic material, forming better surface quality under condition of ultrasonic. This paper verifies that the ultrasonic vertical vibration cutting is an effective machining method for high volume fraction SiCp/Al.

Abstract: Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (A. ferrooxidans) was used to leach the hard cobalt white alloy in this study. The optimum pH and temperature in the presence of A. ferrooxidans was 2.0 and 30°C respectively. Three methods of treating the bacteria, which are directly inoculated with 107 cell.ml-1 in 9K culture medium, collected bacteria by centrifugation and dispersed to 107 cell.ml-1in the iron-free 9K culture medium, and beforehand adapted by the alloy and collected by centrifugation, were employed. The result showed that for the first mode, it took 6ds to finish the leaching of cobalt and 8d for copper with decrease in the number of the bacteria in leaching. For the second one, it needs 3d and 7d to dissolve cobalt and copper, and also accompanied decrease in the bacteria. And for the third one, the modified A. ferrooxidans could increase to108 cell.ml-1, and the leaching of two metals was, respectively, for 2d and 5d with the extracting rate of them being 99.50% and 99.0%.

Abstract: The principle conceptual design of the automatic tray filling machine of Li/MnO2 button cell battery and its control system are analyzed in the work. According to the the needs of production process putting the cell battery into the plate, it makes structure design and modeling simulation, completes electrical system design and program control design, relys on the Single chip microcomputer (MCU) system to achieve the human-computer interaction. In addition, this work verifies the feasibility and safety through the ANSYS modal analysis. After running the test more than a year, the product can well meet the production requirements.

Abstract: The present study developed a high-efficiency charge/discharge controller for stand-alone solar LED lighting system by incorporating an nMPPO (near-maximum-power-point-operation) design, a PWM battery charge control, and a PWM battery discharge control to drive the LED. A battery charge control system using PWM technique with feedback control is developed in the present study to charge the battery in full capacity. The daily outdoor experiment shows the battery capacity can be charged 9.7% more after the overcharge point.

Abstract: Recent years, the vehicle-borne LIDAR technology has a rapid development, and its application in surveying and mapping is becoming a hot research topic. The main objective of this investigation is to explore the potential of vehicle-borne LIDAR technology to be used to fast mapping large scale topographic maps based on new Chinese vehicle-borne LIDAR system. It studied how to use the new Chinese vehicle-borne LIDAR system measurement technology to map large scale topographic maps. After the field data capture, it can be mapped in the office based on the LIDAR data (point cloud) by special software which programmed by ourselves. In addition, the detailed process and accuracy analysis were proposed by an actual case. The result revealed this new technology provides a new fast method to map large scale topographic maps, which is high efficient and accuracy compared to the traditional methods.

Abstract: This paper studied the suspension characteristics of ginkgo, and designed a cleaning machine of ginkgo as well. At the same time, the effects of feeding speed, the wind speed and the angle of wind outlet on the performance of the equipment were analyzed, and a mathematical model was established. By taking multi-objective optimization method and response surface method, this paper obtained the conclusion that the best combination conditions of cleaning equipment of ginkgo: the feeding speed was 270.86kg/h, the wind speed was 9.25m/s, and the angle of wind outlet was 17°. Then the cleaning equipment reached the best performance: the loss rate was 1.20%, while the cleaning rate was 95.21%.
