Abstract: An optimal scheduling method of urban pumping stations was proposed to cut down the energy cost.Using this method, pumping stations in the drainage area were divided into groups,and the scheduling period was divided into several computation periods,and several operation schemes were fixed in each group. In each computation period, groups were regarded as test objects,and operation schemes as test levels, and scientific tests were carried out with the help of orthogonal test table. Choosing the ratio of drainage volume and power consumption as the objective function, the best theoretical operation scheme should be found out through the orthogonal analysis.Using the unsteady flow model to calculate each river water level, and if each river water level was within the allowable variation amplitude, then the scheme was optimal and feasible; otherwise, adjust the test level according to the main-to-secondary sequence to obtain the optimal operation scheme. Taking 20-year frequency storm in one region of Shanghai city as a study case, total electric power consumption could be reduced more than 1/4 with the optimal scheduling method compared with the traditional one.

Abstract: 3D ocean wave simulation has long been hot issues in the field of computer graphics and real-time simulation and has practical significance in many areas of society. Complexity and randomness of the waves led to large areas of ocean wave simulation calculation exists for compute-intensive, low efficiency, memory requirements and other limitations. In response to the phenomenon of a decline in real-time with the fidelity lifting, this paper proposes a parallel simulation method, in which the wave data is calculated by each DSP and the results will be stitched as large ocean area. Experimental results show that the multi-DSP parallel processing method can satisfy the feeling of reality and real-time requirements of the waves at the same time, which will improve the system real-time performance without loss the wave details.

Abstract: Automobile exhaust governance is increasingly urgent with the increasingly development of economy and people's emphasis on environmental quality. This paper adopts the working principle of the low temperature plasma purification of automotive exhaust analysis to illustrate the method to remove the contaminants, and study the phenomenon of measured air going to a plasma generator located in the downstream of the combustor in plasma fuel converter. The high voltage is applied to airflow, forming high temperature plasma. High temperature plasma spray the air flow into the burner and high light-off combustible components of fuel air mixture to illustrate the method of purifying automobile exhaust. Last but not least, this paper studies the new technology how the high-tech road surface material effective purify automobile exhaust, and popularization and application. This paper can solve the negative impact of automobile exhaust on atmospheric in a large extent.

Abstract: Based on theoretical analysis and computational mechanics, the spatial structure of overburden rock model of 1704 working face in a coal mine, stratum quality membership of uniaxial compressive strength, layer thickness, joint cracks were analyzed. Stope model was established, immediate roof caving step distance is calculated, fracturing length and structural composition of rock beam were calculated, which may have important implications for The failure mechanism of instability of coal rock.

Abstract: Subway has already become an important tool of public transportation. Subway security operation is to achieve a serious guarantee of safety and convenience. In this article, subway safety operation evaluation index system is constructed. Based on hierarchy process, triangular fuzzy number was used to describe the evaluation value obtained by experts. In order to be more objective and more precise, the correlation coefficient and standard deviation integrated approach will be used to calculate the weights of criteria in the fuzzy hierarchy process.

Abstract: Recently, higher education has seen an increasing emphasis on the prominent role of computational thinking in computer fundamental education. Computational thinking is taken for the fundamental skills for everyone, not just computer scientist, to learn and use. How to develop students capacity for computational thinking during the teaching process is one of the basic goals of computer fundamental education. Using Excel VBA course teaching as example, in this paper, we discuss how to understand the essence of computational thinking and how cultivate the computational thinking ability of students.

Abstract: Because of lacking technical and economic theory support, running transformer life assessment work often goes to disorder, thus constructing transformer assessment new model of economic life has a certain practical significance. Because of the transformer serving for a long time and the running environment being complicated, factors that influence the assessment of transformer economic life have a certain characteristic of a variety of coexistence or cross-existence. Due to this characteristic, introduce blind number theory into transformer life assessment, use blind number express evaluation parameter uncertainties, and establish transformer economic life evaluation model. This model not only can get transformer economic life expectancy, but also can obtain economic life interval under different confidence level An example shows that blind number theory applied to the transformer economic life assessment is feasible and effective, which can provide more detailed and diversified information for decision makers and have a certain reference value.

Abstract: The paper deeply studies early-warning system of carrying capacity in scenic spots, providing quantitative model support for early-warning system of carrying capacity. Indexes of early-warning system of carrying capacity in scenic spots is established, use GM(1,1) model to construct warning degree predict model. At last, Jifa agricultural ecological sightseeing garden as an example proves that the early-warning model designed is feasible and effective.

Due to this characteristic, introduce blind number theory into transformer life assessment, use blind number express evaluation parameter uncertainties, and establish transformer economic life evaluation model based on comprehensive health index .The model not only can give health status of the transformer and state level ,but also give remaining life expectancy ,remaining lifetime interval and corresponding credits, possibility of not more than a certain year.
