Abstract: Based on the tapping machines special structural features and practices, from both directions of rotation and impact established the tapping machine mechanism rotating borer and impact dynamic mathematical model, analysed the effect of different tapping machines parameters on the model itself, simulated the model with inputting wide pulse signal, the simulation results show that: firstly, the tapping machine model established in this paper is reasonable; secondly, increase the damping coefficient of the blast furnace, the tapping machines rotating borer rotation speed and impact attenuation speed decrease.

Abstract: Tolerance analysis plays an important role at the stage of product design and has great influences on the assembly quality and manufacturing costs. For each ending point on the functional feature, the displacement transfer relationship is influenced by the clearance between the two parts and the tolerances of each part. With regard to functional tolerance accumulation for the simple assembly, the tolerance analysis of a complex mechanism with three parts is conducted based on the analysis line method. The rules for the functional tolerance analysis process will be summarized in this paper.

Abstract: Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) is a major equipment used in underground engineering and Cutter disk system is its major parts, which affect sharply its capability. The force and vibration characteristics of the cutter system are simulated in this paper, and the effects of its force and vibration on the cutter system reliability are analyzed. These results show that there are the most stress and the worst reliability in these joints between the cutterhead and main driver, the cutterhead and the hob, and cutter ring. These research results are very helpful for increasing the reliability and application of the rock boring machine.

Abstract: For the problem of poor processing efficiency of iso-parameter tool path planning algorithm, this paper proposed a non iso-parameter trajectory planning algorithm. First established a mathematical model of five-axis machining toroid cutter, then analyzed the toroid cutter and machining surface partial differential geometric properties, proposed one kind of iso-scallop path search algorithm. Finally, using the above algorithm developed an application of trajectory planning for free-form surface and generated tool paths for such surface. The trajectories generated verified the algorithm is practicable.

Abstract: The novel second-generation embedded planetary-screw extruder prototype was successfully developed in the paper which had eight small planetary-screws and had the excellent degassing function. The numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow and mixing in the metering zone was carried out for different screw configurations to determine the effect of the number of the small planetary-screws using CFD finite volume method technology. We improved the screw combination of the second-generation prototype according to the simulation results as well as the experimental investigations on first-generation embedded planetary-screw extruder we developed some years ago. The second-generation prototype can effectively improve the axial transport capacity and increase output of the extruder when compared with the first-generation prototype. The novel second-generation prototype can expand the scope of application and can improve the quality of processing material. The novel embedded planetary-screw extruders have a better application prospect.

Abstract: Due to the energy shortage and environment pollution, electric vehicle (EV) development has become more urgent. This paper first represented the EV technologies in the developed countries like Europe, USA, etc., and also explained the relevant situation in China. Secondly the paper introduced the EV standard research around the world. Finally, the EV industry development strategy and subsidy policies of those countries were summarized, which can promote the rapid development of the EV industry.

Abstract: A new iteration method based on geometry to solve the inverse kinematics for the boom system of truck mounted concrete pump, which is difficult to real-time control since its degrees of freedom are multiple-redundant, is presented. This method uses a variable-step size technique to approach the solution of the inverse kinematics, and uses geometry to determine how much angles of joint to change and its direction. Comparing with the traditional methods, this method is more suitable for real-time control of truck mounted concrete pump boom system without calculating the inverse matrix of jacobian. By the method the movement of boom will be safer and more stable when pumping concrete. Simulation results show that the new method has a fast convergence speed and good stability.

Abstract: Based on the vulnerability analysis of Main Battle Tank, divides the damage state, defines the damage grade and criterion, constructs the vulnerability database based on finite elements method, proposes a method containing DS method and function damage tree method to evaluate the vulnerability of tank, carries out the vulnerability simulation at the component level, this will enhance its practicability.
