Abstract: By cooperative communication among mobile vehicles, content based information dissemination could be implemented by local information storage. This paper focuses on analyzing how long the local information could be stored in this local region for, which is also called storage capability. Although there is an approximation model for two-way traffic, it is not scalable for different scenarios .We analyze the different scenarios of two-way highway traffic. Based on the analytical model for one-way highway traffic, we improve the model for two-way highway traffic. Finally, exhaustive simulations are presented to show the good performance of the proposed models for different scenarios.

Abstract: Firstly, we introduced the development of cloth simulation in recent years. Based on physical model of cloth simulation, we established the simulation system with a simplified mass-spring model. The computational efficiency is increased with this model. A modified implicit method was proposed in this paper. This method produces plausible animation, and it is easy to be realized with a stable and good real-time performance. The paper adopted AABB (Axis-Aligned Bounding Boxes) bounding volume approach for the detection of cloth collision, it obtains an excellent real-time effect of cloth simulation.

Abstract: Firmware is an important part of the computer architecture, the Firmware in the process of self-test can be set through selecting specific options to adjust the boot sequence menu list, allowing the computer to select the media type to start the operating system. In this paper, through the analysis of Firmware’s boot sequence principle, pointed out the process of implementation of the Firmware boot sequence, including the position of reading boot sequence data, get the signatures of boot sequence and other key technologies. The correctness of results of the boot sequence modification experimental has been proved.

Abstract: The Wireless Sensor Network applications has widely been used over the last few years. WSN is a novel self-organization wireless network which is made up of randomly distributed sensor Nodes. Due to some resource constraints, the design of security in WSN encounters a great many of new challenges. It is vulnerable to attack, which is harmful for availability of WSN. In this paper we propose a trust-aware and location-based secure routing protocol which protects WSN against routing attacks, and also supports large-scale WSN deployments. The proposed protocol is extended from GPSR protocol, which imports security mechanism that depends on a distributed trust management system. The solution has been shown to efficiently detect and avoid malicious nodes.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of newly developed balance training system (I balance S®) in chronic hemiplegic patients. Thirty chronic (more than 6 months) hemiplegic patients who were capable of standing without assistive devices participated in this study. The study started with “pre-evaluation” such as Berg balance test (BBT), 10 m walking test (10mWT) and Functional reach test (FRT). After pre-evaluations, balance training was applied for 4 weeks. And then, three phases of post-evaluation were performed, just after (post 1), 1 week (post 2), and 4 weeks (post 3) after treatment. All subjects showed a significant improvement in BBT (52.19±3.87 (pre), 53.12±3.14 (post 1), 53.38±2.99 (post 2), 53.65±2.90 (post 3)), 10m WT (9.93±2.36 sec, 9.56±2.53 sec, 9.30±2.25 sec, 9.16±2.62 sec, respectively) and FRT (19.33±4.99 cm, 21.55±4.57 cm, 21.98±4.69 cm, 21.83±4.84 cm, respectively) after training compared to the status before training. The hemiplegic patients trained by I balance S® showed a significant improvement in BBT, 10mWT and FRT after training. In addition, this effect lasted for 4 weeks. Therefore, newly developed balance training system (I balance S®) is considered to be a useful tool for balance training of chronic hemiplegic patients.

Abstract: This thesis deals with systems integration at four levels. The systems integration is a complicated process which it usually do a system integrator. It is not just about the systems for business applications and administrative process but it also includes systems for manufacturing, distribution and communication. Each level is characterized by specific requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose an open network recharge system for public transportation smart card user to complete recharge. The network recharge system is mainly to cater the urgent need of providing convenient smart card recharge services. The proposed system is consisted of smart card secure reader, network platform and operator system. In order to take advantages of these three components, this paper will pay attention to security scheme and data transmission protocols of the proposed system. The security scheme promises the safety of transactions and data transmission. And the data transmissions protocols help complete the interactions among these three components.

Abstract: The electronic structure and optical properties of Cu-doped SnS2 with Sn-substituted content of 0, 12.5 and 37.5 at.% were successfully calculated by the first principles plane-wave pseudopotentials based on the density functional theory. It is found that the intermediate belts appear near the Fermi level and the energy band gap becomes narrower after the doping of the Cu atoms. The absorption peaks show a remarkable redshift and the absorption region broadens relatively after introducing acceptor impurity level. When Sn atoms of 37.5 at% were substituted by Cu, the optical absorption coefficient is significantly improved in the frequency range below 5.58 eV and over 8.13 eV.
