The system adopted the Industrial Ethernet and CAN bus for transmission medium, disposed and managed the data from substation in time. This article introduced the framework of Design software and the main functions module of the software and database structure.

Abstract: The paper presents real-time affective state detection, in particular, the engagement level detection by using physiological signals under fuzzy framework. In order to develop the fuzzy model, the engagement model is developed by using data collected from controlled design experiment. In measuring the level of engagement, the physiological signals; namely the Electrooculogram (EOG) is recorded using G-tec data acquisition system. In the experiment, the data collected are the average endogenous eye blinks and the average trajectory errors recorded from the trajectory that the subjects have to follow in completing specific tasks. For the tasks, the subjects are asked to track a set of prescribed paths within the allocated times and have to obey different speed constraints. Various shapes of trajectories are given to the subjects in order to study the level of engagement while performing the task. The data then are used to develop the fuzzy model to measure the level of engagement (LOE) of the subjects. Following the experiments, a series of questionnaires are given to the subjects to verify their engagement level when performing the experiments. Preliminary analysis on the data shows a good match between the experimental results and the questionnaire.

Abstract: Compared with other methods, the question sentences processing method based on sentence-template match avoids complex lexical, syntactic and semantic analysis, but the size of the question template library is the key. To solve this problem, this paper used domain ontology and semantic block to build question templates, and added synonymous question templates into question model, then proposed a question template matching algorithm based on the semantic similarity, length similarity and sequence similarity. The experimental results show that this method greatly improves the success rate to extract the semantic features of users question sentences.

Abstract: This paper constructs domain ontology for Data Structure Course and standard (student) answer sentence framework, then proposes a new approach to automatic marking Chinese subjective questions based on them. This method deals with the standard (student) answer in word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, pronouns digestion, extracting framework, calculating word similarity. Compared with the traditional ones, this means allows the computer to understand the semantic information as much as possible, keeps the semantic relations between standard answer and the students, improves scoring accuracy.

Abstract: This paper examines optimization of revenue of power plants facing stochastic demand with varied prices. A network optimization model is proposed for power plant revenue management under an uncertain environment. The network optimization has a stochastic programming formulation designed to capture the randomness of the unknown demand. A novel approach of robust optimization and PSO are applied to solve the problem on a scenario-basis. Decision-makers risk aversion is considered in the objective function. Mean absolute value is used to measure risk of deviation of revenue from its expected value.

Abstract: Indexed search engine is one of most commonly used information retrieval tools in the novelty retrieval, but in practice there are some problems: search results are too complex, precision rate is not high, the way of indexing is not uniform, and poor compatibility. In this paper, we have examined the performance evaluation of the characteristics of commonly used search engines in novelty retrieval and proposed some search strategy countermeasures.

Abstract: Stone laying is one of the most important design work for stone manufacturer, and it is also the basis of board processing. The geometry area which is decorated is varied. It exists not only "flat" and "closed", but has their own different characteristics. In this paper, stone laying will be divided into three parts: line laying, board type laying and special-shaped slab laying. By analyzing its characteristics and using computer-aided design, according to the method of parametric design and the parameters which are input, we can output corresponding laying rendering. It can improve the machining efficiency and utilization rate of stone, and achieve the intellectualization of stone design and processing.

Abstract: In view of studentss lack of production practices in Biology Microorganism, a design and implementation scheme for Microorganism Fermentation professionals Production practices is developed by using the 3DSMax modeling techniques, Flash and ActionScript 3.0. Firstly, create the model of fermentation tank, valves and pipelines and then put all theses objects in cascade. Secondly, simulate the basic manipulation knowledge test, the demo mode and the exercises mode in flash. Thirdly, design choice question, sorted question, keyboard control and hit-testing by using ActionScript 3.0. The platform has characteristics, such as high-degree of simulation, human-computer interaction, and portability. So it is a useful platform.

Abstract: In order to grasp the related information and parameters needed by the tree growth, and management, establish the authentic decision-making model of tree growth management using the effective resource information, the resource information of tree growth management are investigated from the perspective of ontology and knowledge base technology. The paper introduces the ontology and knowledge base technology, adopts the knowledge organizing pattern based on ontology, studies the structure and technique of knowledge of tree growth management, the ontology is regarded as the knowledge organizing pattern to establish the open knowledge base of tree growth management, and constructs the management model of tree growth. Practice has proved that the research and application of ontology in the resource information of tree growth management has important value for the model construction of tree growth management, achieves the sharing of resource information of tree growth management.

Abstract: As the Construction of International Tourism Island of Hainan develops in depth, Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage shows the increasing attraction to domestic and foreign visitors. So the development and protection of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage has become the key to the sustainable development of Hainan tourism. Spatial information technologies represented by 3S integrated technology, with the characteristics of efficiency, accuracy and scientificity, are very applicable to the development, management and protection of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage. This paper first introduces the current situation of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage and the roles of various spatial information technologies in the development, management and protection of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage. On this basis, this paper constructs the spatial database of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage and proposes the overall design and the function design of the information system of Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage.
