Abstract: Matchmaking is the basis of doing service discovery and composition. Using ontology semantically express the service of capabilities, correctly match service. Domain ontology and Formal Concept Analysis aim at modeling concept. The role of FCA in ontology engineering is supporting reusing independently developed domain ontology. Evaluating concept similarity identifies the different concepts that are semantically close. In this paper, using concept and attribute of web services to construct the ontology. Also, an ontology based method for assessing similarity between FCA concepts is proposed.

Abstract: Current tourism-led tertiary industry achieved remarkable development and achievements. In order to make better use of the natural geological resources, local governments adopt local characteristics as a guide to invest in tourist attraction construction to promote local economic development. However, due to the lack of scientific and technical conditions, tourist attraction construction is only confined to the planning and design of major landscape regions, rather than taking into account the query needs of tourists during the tour. Under this background, this thesis first of all makes an introduction to geographic navigation system function, and then proposes the function design of tourist attraction geographic navigation system and application of GPS technology to tourist attraction navigation, so as to assist the further study.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced an intelligent Customer Service Representative (CSR) Operating System. The system contains three modules: Knowledge Management (KM) module, Natural Language Process (NLP) module and CSR Operating (CSRO) module. The KM module manages knowledge. When get query through phone, Internet, Fetion, QQ, etc. from customer, the NLP module understands the query and gives recommended reply. If confirms that the reply is right, NLP module replies the query automatically. The CSRO module confirms that the reply is right or retrieves the right reply quickly from the knowledge base, and gives the reply. The system can increase self-service scale and improve CSR's efficiency. The system has been successfully used in a domestic telecom company since May 2010, and achieved a satisfactory result.

Abstract: The tide of e-commerce is rolling up in our country;many enterprises announce inter-netted. They build websites, e-commerce platforms, especially in the model of business to consumer (B2C). At present, however many enterprises are in very difficult situation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the cost of the B2C business model so as to explore countermeasures in how to establish cost advantage in the B2C e-commerce.

Abstract: Whether the service system, operation mode, support system for agricultural product logistics is perfect or not directly affects the whole development of agricultural product logistics. The most obvious characteristic of agricultural product logistics in U.S is it takes the developed agriculture information flow as the foundation of developing agricultural product logistics. This article compares the infrastructure, information technology in agricultural product logistics and quality of talents in agricultural product logistics information between china and U.S; it could tell that the difference is huge. China should introduce advanced information technology in agricultural product logistics, and gradually realize automation and networking in logistics operation of agricultural product.

Abstract: Examination question is one of the important tools that reflect students' learning situation and teachers' teaching effectiveness. Traditional questions were generated by the teacher manual, which will lead to the disadvantages of inefficient work and no reusable examination. In order to overcome these disadvantages, the paper proposes an ontology-based approach to standardized examination questions, which automatically generates questions and focuses on the multiple-option questions.

Abstract: Approximate but different EBOM encode rules be used in different enterprises. To solve the enterprise in the processing of EBOM data from source SAP system and also keep the low cost, on basis of research and analyze the internal users requirement, design and develop an ASP.NET Web system for EBOM processing. The system acts as the role of middleware between SAP systems, which convert EBOM data from source SAP system to the format that target SAP system accept, and then import into the target.
