Abstract: A popular harmonic current reduction method specifically is to increase the number of rectification pulses such as 18-pulse ATRU. This paper presents a 2-order Butterworth LC filter designed to suppress the DC output voltage ripple of the ATRU. And an EMI filter is designed to overcome the electromagnetic interference caused by the high frequency pulse load. Because of the same position and configuration, the same filter is verified in theory to achieve both purposes. Finally, a simulation model of 18-pulse ATRU is built and the two filter's characteristics in the time domain are tested and analyzed.

Abstract: For the feature that the alarm system of home, industrial site security and anti-high temperature was limited by lines, we constructed an intelligent alarm system based on the GSM network to realize the wireless remote detection and control by sending and receiving messages via the GSM network technology. Practice has proved that the system has a wide application prospect with low misinformation rate, simple operation and higher cost-effectiveness.

Abstract: This paper describes design and implementation of process management for ARM based multi-process mono-kernel, including creation of init process, process fork, process exit, process waiting, process switching and process schedule. An example is provided at the final of the paper to show the effect of process management for the mono-kernel. The entire kernel is developed from scratch by the author of this paper on Linux with GNU tool chain, suitable not only for further research but also as embedded OS design demo for related curriculum teaching.

Abstract: This paper describes the design and implementation of tiny TTY for an ARM based multi-process mono-kernel, including overview of TTY, and implementation of the TTY routines such as data structure of TTY, TTY input, TTY read, TTY write, TTY waiting and TTY signal setting. A demo example is also provided at the final of the paper to show the effect. The mono-kernel is developed by the author of this paper on Linux with GNU tool chain from scratch, for which the tiny TTY is designed. Based on this mono-kernel, other components can be added such as file system, network management, etc. to form a more powerful embedded operating system.

Abstract: In order to prove the applicability of the design approach with complex System-on-Chip (SoC), equipments for real-time electrocardiographic (ECG) signal generator and corresponding algorithm have been implemented in this study. The study mainly focused on completing a SoC design which constructs a customizable system via user interface to an FPGA Chip in accordance with the need of a specific application. In the proposed design flow the architecture of the generated hardware is tailored to match the communication structure of the application. This allows the developer to meet the system's performance, size and power consumption requirements with short time to market. The feature-rich multimedia products can meet market expectations of high performance at low cost and lower energy consumption.

Abstract: This paper introduces that the Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) could be applied to analyze the time-frequency characteristics of inter-harmonics in transformer. Compared with the traditional Fourier Transform, the STFT could acquire more clear result, and offers theoretical basis for inter-harmonic detection. The STFT is used to analyze the inter-harmonics by selecting proper window slides function in Matlab which can obtain more precise resolution for the time-frequency characteristics. This method is useful to eliminate the inter-harmonics in transformer. It is helpful to improve the quality of power.

Abstract: A high-speed data collection and transfer system is designed in this paper. The hardware system is based on EZ-USB FX2 and high speed A/D sampling model based on MAX1198. The frame of hardware is discussed in details. Finally, the solution of software and the firmware flow are provided. The designed system has many advantages such as high-speed, plug and play, easiness to use and expand. It can be used for reference in universal research of real-time and high-speed data transfer system.

Abstract: According to the fact that the embedded system is not efficient enough to access and manipulate image data, this paper put forward a research program of image JPEG compression algorithm and being stored in a combination based on the ARM11 and SQLite embedded database image processing system. Comparative Researches on the system without data prove that the program can make the embedded systems more reasonable to store image data and realize the localized efficient management of the image data, which has certain practical value.

Abstract: With the scaling of process technologies into the nanometer regime, multiple-bit soft error problem becomes more serious. In order to improve the reliability and yield of SRAM, bit-interleaving architecture which integrated with error correction codes (ECC) is commonly used. However, this leads to the half select problem, which involves two aspects: the half select disturb and the additional power caused by half-selected cells. In this paper, we propose a new 10T cell to allow the bit-interleaving array while completely eliminating the half select problem, thus allowing low-power and low-voltage operation. In addition, the RSNM and WM of our proposed 10T cell are improved by 21% and nearly one times, respectively, as compared to the conventional 6T SRAM cell in SMIC 65nm CMOS technology. We also conduct a comparison with the conventional 6T cell about the leakage simulation results, which show 14% of leakage saving in the proposed 10T cell.

Abstract: This paper summarizes works based on the reliability and the availability of embedded software architectures. Nowadays, the advent of the embedded systems has pulled the development of different domains (aeronautics, automobile, industry, medicines, telecommunications, household electrical appliances, so one so far). Indeed, the embedded system includes hardware and software that must collaborate to carry out well defined complex tasks. An embedded system is an integration of heterogeneous components (components of the computing and the electronics). Indeed, the implementation of the embedded systems presents some constraints which can be, for example the system cost, energy consummation, speed of execution, reliability, availability, security ...However, among these constraints enumerated briefly, the reliability and the availability of the software architecture of these systems are the object of complete study in this article.
