Abstract: The parameters of the traditional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller are hard to automatically adjust when the controlled object changes, which controls ineffective for time-varying, nonlinear system. Combine the fuzzy control and PID control, and use self-adaptive fuzzy control to achieve self-tuning PID parameters online. Using matlab simulation system, the results show that the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control effects have been improved than the conventional PID control.

Abstract: As the anti-rolling tank controller based on PLC is unable to fulfill the high strength of calculation of the automatic real-time control algorithm, which leads to the limitation of anti-rolling effect, this paper proposes a distributed embedded controller based on CAN bus communication. The controller uses a high-performance ARM chip as the main chip to meet the complex algorithm calculation requirements. For CAN bus communication between the distributed modules, the system is simple and reliable. Distributed embedded controller consists of the center controller, the IO controller and the communication adapter whose hardware design and software design are proposed in this paper, and achieves the acquisition of real-time data of ships status information and intelligent control algorithm. Through simulation and bench simulation experiments, the controller can achieves the excellent anti-rolling effect. The distributed controller architecture is simple and easy to expand and spread to various tonnages of real ships.

Abstract: In this article, a multi-dimensional adjustment target used in optical field is given, which is used to implement network control. The various constituent elements of electrically controlled design and implementation are described in details. Step motor is controlled by MCU and RS232 serial port. The light of integrating sphere is controlled by relay and RS485 serial port. Silicon detector is controlled by AD and RS232 serial port. The three parts are networked through the serial server finally. The control system with this method not only implements simply, but also can achieve remote operation. The approach is convenient in use.

Abstract: Traditional control methods what existed operability and real-time issues; We proposed a solution based on Web Service technology to achieve remote control system, and PLC as the control object, we established feasible communication between PC and lower computer; Combined with JAVA language develop WEB page as the control system of the client and write serial communication, as well as published it online and remote controlled it by INTERNET system; Experiment shows that the remote control system improve the controllability of the equipment and condition monitoring in real time, which has a high significance and practical value.

Abstract: In this paper, modeling and stability of MIMO networked control system is considered in view of network-induced delay and data packet dropout simultaneously. Based on the assumption that the data packet dropout rate is fixed and the time delay is less than one sampling period, the MIMO networked control system can be considered as linear discrete time-delay system with rate constraints on events. Then, the uniform model of MIMO NCS is established and stability criterion is derived.

Abstract: In this paper a novel modular framework for adaptive control for a class of nonlinear system is developed and applied to flight controller design. The framework is based on the invariant manifolds approach with a new type of reduced-order estimator which allows for stable dynamics to be assigned to the estimation error. We show that this method can be applied to systems with unknown parameters, leading to a new class of modular adaptive controllers which is easier to tune compared to controllers obtained using the classical adaptive approaches and does not suffer from unpredictable dynamical behavior of the parameter update laws.

Abstract: In bearings-only target localization, observer path have an important effect on the accuracy of target localization. Based on the analysis of Fisher information matrix, an optimal approach to designing observer path is proposed. Observer path derived from the step-by-step optimal algorithm only depends on observer's initial states and state constraints. The optimal path resulted with step-by-step algorithm is demonstrated by computer simulation. Compared with traditional methods, our algorithm is not limited to the number of observations as well as terminating conditions.

Abstract: In this paper, a new method that is based on the transmission contribution degree is proposed, which can effictively imprve on-line verification of relay protection setting.Actually, all protection devices of a line are treated as a whole in this method. Furthermore, the network maximum flow and complex network theory are both applied in this method, which is on the view of the structural point of the grid. The importance index of protection device in a line is determined by the transmission contribution degree. As a result, on-line verification of relay protection setting is according to the descending order of the indexes. IEEE 39-bus system is used to simulate, on the whole, the simulation and analysis of the calculation results to verify the reasonableness and correctness of the method.

Abstract: In order to improve the online verification calculation speed of relay settings and solve the defects of traditional partition method, which is difficult to measure the reasonable of partition results and unable to determine the optimal number of partitions. An optimal partitioning strategy of power grid based on GN splitting algorithm is presented in this paper. The initial partition of power grid was achieved through effectively utilizing the maximum edge betweenness and the optimal number of partitions was determined by calculating and comparing the weighted modularity. Then through defining a quantitative metric of checking calculation time and regarding as the optimal objective, the boundary nodes were migrated and the optimal partition was achieved. Through calculating and analyzing the 500kV network of Zhejiang grid, the results show that the method is correct and effective.

Abstract: A method for condition evaluation based on reliability indices is proposed in this paper. The paper defines the reliability indices: failure rate, MTBF and availability. The condition evaluation system is proposed based on the contents of repair work and the structures of both protective device and the secondary circuit. The reliability indices are applied to evaluating the protection condition.
